I recently stayed at BellaVista Relax Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views that live up to the hotel's name. It's the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the serene landscape.

Most of the cakes at breakfast were unappetizing and had a strong eggy odor. It would've been good to be provided with a bottle of water in the room's fridge.

Lovely elegant hotel with a beautiful spacious lobby for relaxing in along with a gorgeous wellness centre, you are provided with essentials for a visit. The breakfast is King of Breakfasts, such a wide variety of food and drinks, and the option to buy a takeaway pack as well. Staff are professional, informative and friendly. Room was comfortable, everything needed was supplied, a single room but spacious and cupboard provision more than adequate. And the black out shutter was wonderful.

Beautiful views from the pool area and our room. Good breakfast with a lot of options, very Italian with lots of sweet things but there was some savoury too like ham and cheese and hard boiled eggs, etc. Coffee machines at breakfast were hard to use and had a mind of their own, but we got there in the end. Lobby and outdoor area next to the lobby were lovely with a piano and lots of seating and flowers outside. The pool area was stunning with views of the mountains and plenty of deckchairs. The doors in our room and a few bits of decor were slightly outdated but generally everything was well kept and to a high standard. The bed was comfortable but the duvet was very thin and a strange silky fabric, would prefer a proper duvet but that's probably just a UK thing and I expect this is the norm in Italy.

Some outdated decor, weird duvet. Receptionist was slightly rude when I queried why the payment was showing up twice on my bank account as paid.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There's a secure garage for motorcycles with key card entry and it even had a work bench and tools to use! The breakfast... Oh the breakfast. This hotel has the best breakfast you can imagine. It has got breakfast including chilli! Cold cheese and meats, massive selection of cereals, granola and seeds, pastries, cakes, fruits, even an actual honey comb. I love this place. Booked one bought. Stayed for three! Highly recommended

WiFi was a little poor but 4g signal was good so it wasn't an issue

Nice and cozy eleganthotel. I liked the location, beautiful lake and mountains view from my room windows. The room was nice, big, elegant furnitured, and clean. Small and good refrigerator. The bad and the sheets were comfortable and clean. Breakfast and the coffee were very nice and satisfying. The stuff was nice and good vibes. I recommend this place warmly

I didn't like to not have a balcony. Also pls inform the guest about using the door card at the parking zone and at the back door, especially at night time.

We had a wonderful, relaxing one-night getaway. The breakfast was rich and varied, the room was spotless with a breathtaking view, and the beds were very comfortable. The heated pool was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy a soothing swim even on a colder, rainy day. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a modern design and a calming atmosphere. Despite the rain, we loved unwinding in the outdoor heated jacuzzi, which also offered a stunning view. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially at check-in, where they thoroughly explained the hotel’s amenities and guided us to the private parking lot.

The spa was smaller than we expected (though we hadn’t researched it beforehand), and during our visit, it was a bit busy, so we couldn’t find a lounge chair to relax on. It may have just been a busier time, as we only visited once.

The Breakfast selection is the best I have ever seen in Italy ( this was my 15th trip) All the staff are friendly and really efficient, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was comfortable, clean and the Bathroom even had a Bath in it !

Unfortunately I had a room at the front of the building, so much noise from traffic and pedestrians, it was difficult to sleep, so please when booking make sure you book a room overlooking the lake at the back.

Beautiful hotel, really lives up to the name Bellavista. Both from the room(photo attached), and from the leisure centre were breath taking views. The staff were all very warm, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, even for myself and my girlfriend who are vegetarians; and the location was beautiful, a quaint little town and the beautiful Lago di Levico is only ten minutes walk away! Would recommend this place 10/10. Oh and the value for money, exceptional!

Everything was good honestly. I don't have any complaints.

It's a very good hotel with a posh lobby very good size restaurant, pool, areas in front besides for relaxing e good security free car parking. All staff were nice and welcome. I was allocated a room on 3rd floor facing the gorgeous Levico Lake. It was a nice surprise such a nice view when I opened the window in the morning.

The shower box doors slide sideways leaving a limited gap for passage. A fat person can't enter the box.

Breakfast is very rich and with a lot of choices, all of them very delicious. The pool is a nice option to spend a few hours chilling out. The hotel is out of the main area but close enough to benefit from having lunch/dinner without having to take the car, but without being in the noisy part of the town.

I would have removed the fee to take away a small snack from breakfast ..
