The hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are spacious with all amenities required - even bathroom slippers and a hairdryer. The breakfast is diversified enough and of good quality with very good coffee. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The BluCabana Restaurant (same ownership) is next door, and has a variety of good food and drinks for the rest of the day. The restaurant has also a swimming pool and a nice terrace. A fully equipped gym is available on site. It is a good place to spend your time in Abuja and I would definitely come back.

The location is a bit hard to find, as the road leading to it is under construction. However, if you have a good GPS then you will arrive without problems.

It is quiet and safe. Staff is friendly. Its pool gym restaurant at BluCabana are very nice. Wifi was strong, AC worked. The cocktails were good. Lounge is nice and comfortable. Laundry service is super fast and inexpensive. Shower pressure is awesome.

They have an espresso machine, but for several days, they could not make any coffee based drinks except instant nescafe. Foodservice items ordered often slow to come to table after ordered. Also, service is not very proactive, customer has to initiate by summoning staff. Often a few mosquitoes in lounge and in room, but they were lazy mosquitoes that almost never tried to bite.

Breakfast I had oatmeal porridge on 3 out of the 4 mornings that I had breakfast because it was delicious. The fruit salad was also great. I dont know about joloff rice and soup for breakfast, I tried it but it was not to my liking as a breakfast dish. My room My room was beautifully and stylishly decorated. Thank you for providing plenty of bottled water to drink. Blucabana It did not live up to my expectations at all. The service was slow and poor. The food was nothing to write home about. I had to prove that I was a Nordic guest before they would give me the wifi password and then there was no internt both nights that I was there.

I did not like that I could only get ice in a glass and not in an ice bucket for my room. Its so hot there one actually needs to be able to drink cold water and the room cooler did not make the water cold enough for me. Why does Nordic use the Blucabana picture to advertise the hotel? That's misleading. I kept looking for the enormous swimming pool only to find its at the next door property.

I really like this hotel. I stayed there before and wanted to stay there again, just to be sure my first experience was not a one-off. I am glad to say it was just like the previous time. There is peace of mind as to the security of the place. Great hotel with fantastic staff, and the BluCabana restaurant that is next door is a brilliant icing on the cake.

What I still can't decide is if I want to keep paying so much whenever I visit Abuja, especially when I'm only in town for just 1 night. The hotel is fantastic but it's not cheap at all. Also, the location is remote and the roads leading there are not nice at all.

The hotel is quiet, peaceful and away from the noise of the city centre but close enough to reach within 15 minute drive. The best part of my stay are the staff - all from the GM to cleaners are lovely, attentive, and helpful. Greatest asset to the hotel! No issues, no problems! Wonderful boutique hotel. I would select Nordic over Hilton or any other hotel in Abuja!

The hotel knows what to improve, for me it has been a great stay.

Great Hotel facilities. Loved the facilities and Blu Cubana was a great treat.

The airport shuttle is non existent, I made reservations for pick up from the airport and no one showed up. This was very aggravating because I just got off a 34 Hour flight from the US and arrived at 2am. I finally made my way to the hotel and the hotel receptionist was sleeping and made no attempt to help me get settled in. This was a huge NO for me and I'll never stay there again. Breakfast was great and security is fine.

I was hoping for a night swim at Blucabana next door, but the pool closed for 6pm, on an Easter Monday holiday!!!

Toilet/bath cubicle, air-conditioning, breakfast and security are things I look out for with every Nigeria hotel. Nordic Hotels did amazing on all areas. My family and I had an amazing experience catered by very courteous and ever smiling staff. We're definitely returning on our next trip.

I love the deco and the ambiance of the hotel. It was quiet and private. and not overwhelming. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms smell nice without any overwhelming smell of air freshener that you experience in many hotels.

I would have loved to see more fresh fruits at breakfast but what was available was good enough.

The staff was AMAZING! The room had no carpet so my allergies weren’t bother (cleanliness was awesome) Bar staff great with customer service and overall assistance! I can’t wait to return! Front desk staff greatly appreciated and greatly missed! The restaurant next to the hotel has GREAT food! The artwork and books in the lobby made for a relaxing tranquil start to my day everyday I was there!!!

When checking out they found I needed to pay for my lunch the previous day. Their card reader didn’t work although I had used it for ALL my expenses at the hotel and made me go with my hired car to another hotel quite a distance from the Nordic to charge my card. This was ridiculous and was a huge waste of my time. This is no way to operate a business. I was very disappointed with this. It ruined my stay.
