The Lobby, is something to be seen and felt, by far one the best I've seen, gives you a grand feeling. Size of the rooms, Courteous staff, Close to airport. Was a short stay so could not see explore much, hopefully next time.

The rooms could benefit from a bit of refurbishment. Carpets had some hard stains, which needs cleaning. It is bang on at the round about which becomes very congested at times, especially in the evenings.

My stay was absolutely fabulous! The hotel is centrally located, the room was spacious and equipped with premium amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. A special mention for their Bihari Cuisine Combo available through in-room dining – a must-try for anyone looking to experience authentic local flavors. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

I like the property very much, since the last 4-5 years whenever I have visited Patna In have chose This hotel and it always makes me coming back for more. The corridors and rooms are really spacious, plus the food here is also great and has been since the first time I started coming here, so the consistency.

This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Patna. What I most like about it is the extraordinary friendliness of the staff. Incredibly attentive. The facilities are in excellent condition, the room spacious and very clean and the food delicious. The breakfast was an immense buffet One staff member stands out, the Front Desk manager Mr. Rashaun. He is always standing in the lobby, constantly watching that guests are being treated well and receiving all the help and service they require.

A wonderful hotel! The facilities are top notch, the guest-room ample and comfortable and the location excellent for those in the center of town and near the airport. However what reLly makes this hotel shine are it’s staff. The employees are super friendly, hospitable, and competent. I really felt at home there. In particular, their Front desk staff and bellmen. Ao nice, a reflection of the very helpful Fromt Desk Manager, Mr. Raushan Kumar.

Nothing stands out. This is the ppace to stay of going to Patna.

Rooms were big and clean. staffs were well mannered . Hygiene 10/10 . Smooth check in and they offered welcome drinks too which I think no hotels do it now a days . All Staffs were very humble . Hotel was smelling top notch one can feel it as they enter .

Spacious rooms and corridors. Cleanliness. Food. Spacious lobby. Check in was swift and easy even though I had a very early check in before 7 am. Their accommodating nature for my request.

The Hotel need to check their partner booking websites that they provide exact info about the stay. I booked a room with bathtub as mentioned on wensite but got a standard room, just a bit bigger. Rest all checks out good enough for the property.

Ac, in the room was very noisy and was not working with the remote! Pillow covers were of smaller size than the pillow and were old. There were no face towels just one hand towel was provided.

My booking was without breakfast and the hotel helped me to get my breakfast of my choice at my room. They voulentarly upgraded my room and the same was very good. Because of my hectic schedule, I was not able to enjoy other facilities. I am planning to take up a family visit to enjoy the property properly.

Front desk and the billing facility is alarmingly slow and need much improvement.
