Clean, very friendly and helpful staff, good value for money

The WiFi signal wasn’t that strong and the Internet not always stable on the 2nd floor

I liked the hospitality of the staff. The manager was nice and even the staff at the reception, specially,Sneha.

I was claimed much more than the price on booking.com. They claimed the commission to be paid to Booking.com. which I feel is not correct. I have always paid the price as per booking.com in other hotels.

The Hotel Chariot was at the end of a cut de sac so not so noisy.as the rest of the city We had a good welcome from the receptionist It was one of the best so far on a 2 month trip. Everything worked and the rooms were comfortable. Much of the city was walkable from here.

Personnel wilingness to help. Good brekfast. Nice restoran near by.

Their card terminal service does not support international debit cards (Visa), what is a real hastle.

Well location is ok, Management ok

Things are not that clean and you have to do multiple followup.

I was informed that the breakfast would be ready by 8.00 am but nothing was ready except for some fruits at 8.40 am, then slowly the breakfast was laid, but I did not have time since I had to leave for Gaya. The breakfast should be ready by 7.30 am as per normal practice.

The washroom, pressure of hot/ cold water mixer, there was no force in the shower Room No.101. The room service was not upto the mark, the dinner took almost 50 minutes after ordering.

Staff were great and always on hand to support. Breakfast had everything that was necessary. However, the room was very noisy with the outside traffic and the dogs. I was also there a week and my room wasn’t cleaned , even after I turned the light on to show I wanted it cleaned. After I asked reception all was well.

Counter staff behaviour is not good and overall Facilities is good 😊
