Spacious room, clean bathroom with all amenities. The bed was also very comfortable with soft mattress and weather lite pillows.

I wasn't informed that the floor was a smoking floor as well as the hotel allowed guests to smoke in the room upon request so the room they gave me had a window and it was open as the prior guest might have smoked in the room. I could smell the smoke in the room. Additionally, the night was quite cold and the room being on the 6th floor, the wind was entering the room from the window as the cleaning staff had NOT locked the window. I didn't get good sleep as the room was very chilly and the noise from the street kept me awake a few times. The HVAC system is NOT equipped to supply heat into the room so I was very cold during the night.

The hotel is in very good location. Easy access to city and transportation. Rooms are very good. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is hospitable and polite.

Check in/ check out process was extremely slow. They took full payment at check in. The room bedside table was not clean. Bathroom basin had slight blockage. We booked queen bed but after check in noticed twin bed and when we called reception they mentioned it is “subject to availability” condition.

Good location, comfortable rooms, good restaurant with excellent choice of food and helpful staff.

Room on lower floors could be noisy due to busy road near the hotel. Bathroom could be a bit more clean. Lack of bedside cabinet on both sides. The room had only one bedside cabinet. Some of the reception staff needed repeated calls to sort out request, exception being Ria Roy, who always went out of the way to be helpful to guests.

Fridge was not giving proper cooling that took more than couple of hours to get cold water from the time we entered the room.

The staff were really courteous and looked after us well. Location was probably the best in Patna and the rooms were pretty clean.

The rooms were very basic for the price they charged and it didn't even include breakfast which was disappointing.

Centrally located. Well maintained property. Staff very decent and courteous. Delicious food . One of the best hotel in patna in and not so expensive.

We honestly enjoyed the stay and the facilities , but most importantly the staff that guided us through the entire course of our stay here .

Location is excellent. Higher degree of hygiene. Cleanliness is superb. Food in restaurant is awesome. Very good hospitality.

Lux Room size should have been little bigger.

The place is centrally located in heart of Patna. No issue with transportation, Morning breakfast was excellent and friendly staff, the place is highly recommended.
