The hotel location is next to the new hospital and new area of the city. It is like around 5 to 10 minutes from the town. I like this hotel as it is very clean, the towel and the room. I like the the mattress and the mattress is so comfortable and big enough for a couple. There are many shops and a mega hall nearby.

One thing is it doesn't provide breakfast and most of the restaurants nearby only open at 9.00 a.m. So, for those we wake up early, definitely not convenience to stay here unless you pack your breakfast from the city or bring from the house. OR, you can wait till 9.00 a.m. The restaurants and cafe open at 9.00 a.m. ro 10.00 a.m.

The hotel is newly-built, located at a new township. Although new township, the hotel is just 50m away from U Sentral (there is supermarket, cinema, F&B outlets etc) and 24 hours self service laundry. Very convenient. The lobby is spacious, front desk were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean. Basic necessities (kettle, coffee & tea, mineral water & drinking water, toiletries) are provided for, there is no fridge though but it was just for a night stay so ok. Hot shower is working well, water pressure was good.

Booked 1 queen & 1 king room. It was quite tiny, guess it commensurates with the price. That's all.

The room was clean and cozy, and I especially liked the ventilation fan in the bathroom, keeping it dry most of the time. Also, the hotel is well situated in a neighborhood with lots of food options and 7-11/FamilyMart close by. Definitely good worth of value for a night or 2 staying here.

The wall is a bit thin and you could hear people walk past by your room in the hallway, while in general, most of the hotel guests are quite considerate, hence not much of issue getting a good night sleep.

The hotel was located in an area with a lot of restaurants and shops. So, it was very convenient for us to get food and some necessities. The staffs were very friendly and helpful as well. Parking was also convenient and near to the hotel.

We found that in the daytime the AC was not as cold as we like it to be but it may be due to the current spike in weather/temperature. Other than that, everything was fine.

Everything is wonderful.. -walking distance to shops, restaurants starbucks and mall.. -very clean area and has lots of parking spaces -staff all friendly and efficient -room clean, no weird odour, toiletteries provided, water cooler outside room (near lift) also provided Even the room is not really big but still we can manage to pray (muslim) at one small spot near the desk..

Just one, maybe can upgrade your parking spaces with proper tar.. I hope this hotel keep doing their best.. keep up the good work..

The living room was huge and spacious hence the name ‘ Penthouse’ or Presidential Suite. In my opinion, the size of room is as same as my other family members booked. Place was cozy, shower and heater was good.

Certain areas were dusty and there was a lizard in my room. No breakfast available probably because there were other shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel was soo nice. Affordable with great experience. Located in bandar baru i guess. Lots of shoplot nearby, easy to access for food etc. the room was spacious and very clean. Oh ya smell nice too. Really really recommend to stay at this hotel.

Hand soap not provided at the wash hand sink area. The room a bit dusty as I developed allergic rhinitis the moment I stepped into the room .

The location of the hotel was ok, not quite in the middle of town, but not too far away. The room I stayed in was small, but clean. The shower pressure was decent, which is all you want, really. For the price, a good hotel.

we found a few charlie/tomcat species ants in our room, which is very dangerous when it sting onto you. that was the main concern of ours. here the picture in room 501. i throw the ants in the sink. maybe the ants come from the window. i found 6 charlie.
