We chose this hotel mainly on its location and it being central to attractions within the city boundaries - we certainly chose well, as we were very satisfied with the Fleur de Lys. All the staff - from reception to house-keeping to breakfast - were excellent, being ever helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was an upgrade to an ocean view with balcony, being a Genius Level 3 booker. The layout and ambience of our room was to a very high standard. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic - one of the best we have experienced in over a 100+ hotel stays. Although the clientele in March was mainly Far-Eastern, the range of food covered all possible tastes. The was a large swimming pool (split into various depths and polls from 0.6 to 1.4 metres), which we sat by after breakfast to finish our coffee - however, the pool was only in the sun during the mornings so it's temperature was a little lower than that of the sea - hence we swam in the sea by choice. There were a number of electric taxis (all metered) available out the front of the hotel, with capacities of up to 10 persons (modern, eco-friendly Tuk Tuks) - moving around the city was not difficult if you did not wish to walk. We used one once just for the experience - silent comfort! We had a very, very relaxing 4-night stay and would happily stay there again!

One minor criticism - there is a very large modern safety box in the room, which was unfortunately NOT secured either to the wall or the wardrobe structure itself. Access to the room is via an electric key card, which you must carry with you when outside the hotel in order to gain lift access to the hotel guest room floors on your return. Each key card visually identifies the hotel and its room number - lose your key card and any finder has access to your room and could walk out with your safety box. I suspect most guests would feel far more comfortable knowing that the safety box cannot migrate from your room

The property is well located and easily accessible. The rooms are comfortable and the facilities adequate.

The room we were staying in was advertised as ‘non smoking’ but STANK of smoke. The swimming pool was overrun by people who were then allowed to walk around the hotel lobby and use the lifts wearing nothing but their swimming costumes while soaking wet; this meant the floor was constantly slippery although staff were always mopping. The breakfast was limited as most options had run out by the time we arrived (9am).

Beautiful Hotel sitting across the beach on northern part of Quy Nhon! Everything was amazing from customer service to room and to rooftop restaurants /bar to Massage Spa services available! The morning buffet has great selection! Guess service was amazing help me because I was on crutches during my stay.

The upstairs bar and restaurant had limited selection maybe due to off season...not sure!

Very comfortable room and good view over the beach etc . Staff delightful and surprised us with a large bunch of fresh roses on departure . Quiet resort , zero traffic and Vg street food fresh fish/prawns just up the road!

Air conditioning hard to work out so failed in night as too high tech and computerised . Mirrors in bathroom/bedroom darkened glass so hard to see putting on makeup etc. Breakfast a bit scanty , bread seemed stale . Dinner in sky bar quite good, limited and each night had no dessert as advertised on menu plus cocktails not available as saud bar closed due to rainy weather , yet appeared to be a bar in the dining room! ?

Excellent hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet. Hotel staff were attentive and helpful. Great location with lovely views of the beach. Excellent value, this hotel was my favourite of my whole trip which included a 5* luxury resort at double the price. Cheap motorbike rental available at hotel, and the pool AND the sky bar both looked great Thank you. I'd happily stay here again.

Big clean room with a balcony & fantastic view of the beach. Great shower, water pressure was the best! Beautiful big fluffy soft pillows 😍 Reception staff were nice & helpful.

The only negative was no mini bar fridge in the room. There was a small wine fridge which did not even keep water cool, was just similar to room temperature 😑 this made it hard to keep medication cold!

Would be good to have espresso coffee at breakfast. Location fabulous.the front reception staff fantastic. Pheong was a lovely person with great recommendations for restaurant and Le Debut patisserie.

The room fridge did not work. It was warm all the time. We couldn’t buy cold drinks to store in fridge. We did not like the sky bar with flashing lights and very very loud music. Ruined a beautiful night view .

Room was spacious with comfortable beds, Sol (rooftop bar) was a great way to finish off the day and staff friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Pool area was extremely windy and uncomfortable to sit and relax, if there was a wind break of some sort at the end of the pool area to stop the wind tunnel that would certainly make things more comfortable.

I stayed at the hotel for 8 days in room 1026. I can only say, great vacation. The room is very nice, can see the sunrise and sea view. The staff is very friendly, I will definitely come back to the hotel.
