This hotel is really aiming toward being an excellent all-inclusive resort for families. It's very child friendly. The pool is excellent and there are more pools to come. There are arts and crafts, too. The bath is excellent. The rooms were safe, clean, and comfortable for families. The buffets had the best doughnuts ever!

Need alcohol-free beer and caffeine-less coffee at the buffets. We'd love to have had a clothes line to dry bathing suits in the room. There could be more baskets in the room for clothes and taking clothes to the beach and bath.

Great breakfast selection and lots of activities to do as a family - beach, pool, water slides, table tenis. The nature around is nice. The drinks and snacks in the evening and mid afternoon are a good touch.

The hotel has some areas refurbished others are still being done. The bedroom was a bit old for the price paid. Not easy to get around without a car. The dinner buffet price was ridiculously expensive. You should consider all inclusive if you can, only 2 other restaurants around.

The breakfast room is spacious and offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. Highly recommend this hotel for breakfast lovers—there are plenty of options to satisfy your cravings. Additionally, the hotel's lobby is grand and beautifully designed. At night, there's also a bar where complimentary drinks are served.

The room we received did not match the photos displayed on Booking.com. Although the size of the room was close to what was specified on the website, it seemed like the hotel had assigned us an older, non-renovated room. As a result, the furnishings and amenities in the room were outdated and not very comfortable.

Great pool area with slides, glad they were still open in November as most hotels close their pools. Staff was nice and the free lounge in the afternoons/evenings were a bonus (alcohol and snacks). Free parking.

Rooms were aged and dusty. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t get housekeeping service, just a bag of towels, more toothbrushes and water which is fine but wish they would have checked/taken our trash.

The buffet for breakfast and dinner was exceptional, and the complimentary afternoon wine, beer and snacks is a very nice touch. Also the complimentary evening drinks. It was all very enjoyable. Although this is a very family centred hotel, there is a pool and relaxation area for over 18s, and this was managed well, with definitely no children allowed.

WiFi is weak , TV connected to Netflix didn’t work, not enough furniture in the room even through room is big, a lot of areas in the hotel are unfinished renovated yet, No spa nor pool side drink serving , there are a lot of small details that need to be improved

Was a great decor, complimentary nibbles and drinks in the evenings, great selection for breakfast to suit many needs. The pools were really nice especially the slides however no deep ends and mostly catered to children not much option for adults

No access to smart tv even though the tv had ability to be used. Nothing to entertain while in room.

The breakfast buffet had a huge variety from pancakes, smoothies, breads, salad, fish, as well as a lot of local Okinawan flavors and Japanese dishes. I was pleasantly surprised by the sparkling wine. We also enjoyed the complimentary snack and drinks in the afternoon.

The futon was a bit thin and uncomfortable.

A lot of the pools were closed, there are not that many food options in the area and the dinner at the hotel is really expensive if you don’t precook

Well furnished, clean, feels new. The staff is reactive and friendly. We love the heated pool, the slides. The sweets provided at the lounge was a nice touch. The hotel feels modern, comfortable and not overly crowded, unlike other resorts. Highly recommended
