Hotel personnel was fantastic. Due to airline delays we arrived at 1AM last check in 11AM! The security guard was waiting for us flashlight in hand in the parking lot, checked us in, helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was great. Indoor and outdoor. The room (302) was very large with a corner balcony and views on the Med, harbor, and golf course. The private parking was quite nice as street parking is limited at beat impossible in July August. Plenty of restaurants on tha harbor within 5 minutes walking Everybady spoke very good english

Not much! The room could use more power plugs and/or USB charging ports. I had to use the bathroom plug and found an extension cord under the bed. It worked but it coul bd better. Run a USB multi port from the extention box.

A well managed property with an excellent staff team , always on hand to help. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with excellent bathroom facilities and the additional bonus of a view over the port of La Napoule. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is situated on a bus route with frequent buses along the coast to Cannes. It is also within 5 mins walk of the train station and the village centre.

We had a fabulously spacious room with a large balcony and views to the river and sea. Large comfortable bed. Pool area was lovely. Breakfast allows you to eat outside with a river view or in the courtyard or inside. The garden sculptures are fascinating.

The hotel was expensive. However you are paying for the location to the village of La Napoule and proximity to Cannes and our room was the size of a suite . The hotel is Mediterranean in style with marble flooring and perhaps starting to look a little dated. Some areas are modern and it seems a little mismatched. A little bit of truly effective interior design so the style is more consistent throughout could make this hotel more 2024 and highlight the true uniqueness of the building. This is just personal preference. The location is absolutely wonderful.

We chose this hotel only based on location (to visit Château de la Napoule on our way to Saint-Tropez) and found it perfect for our purpose and 1 night transit stay. Room was clean and comfortable, with big brand new bathroom and comfortable terrace. Breakfast was also really good, especially for usual French standard.

Hotel is right near big road and there is no chance to enjoy sea breeze. Pool area is just tiny and was fully occupied (we didn`t manage to find any place to stay for the small rest after long drive). Our terrace was not provided by outdoor furniture, but when we asked on reception we`ve got 2 chairs quite fast!

The hotel staff was charming and helpful. The location is great, close to the beaches and the yachts port, with very calm and green surroundings. The hotel building is stylish and well designed, although a beat old. The internal (paid) parking is very useful in this time of the year. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. There are many restaurants and brasseries in a radius of 500m from the hotel. The hotel's SPA was great - we had several massage treatments.

We got 2 adjoining rooms for 2 elder couples. The first one was very good and clean (306). The beds are very comfortable. As for the second room (307): The shower floor was not clean and sticky. The room was very disappointing. Not well maintained and very uncomfortable. Especially the shower room which was extremely small. There were two steep stairs to get in. The door opening was very narrow, less than 50 cm. That was also the room between the sink counter and the wall. With towels hanged on the wall you literally have to walk in sideways. The room could not be changed due to the hotel's full capacity.

A wonderful comfortable hotel with soul and ambiance . I loved the art in all the rooms, corridors, guest lounge and hotel garden . It is special to be surrounded by beauty and creativity . It is in a great location, easy walk to all the restaurants and village of La Napoule . Staff was friendly and helpful . My room was bright and light with a balcony and a lovely view of the gold course and mountains. I had an excellent treatment at their spa. Highly recommend it as well.

Beautiful hotel with quite good situation near the front of the port. The castle is at a walking distance as well as lots of restaurants and market. Very friendly staff. We parked the car inside the hotel closed to our room that was in the main courtyard. Breakfast was very good and varied. The breakfast room was beautiful and looking at the sea. Our room had a little courtyard were we may sunbathe or have dinner. The room was spacious with a little dressing room, the bathroom was gorgeous with a double shower fit for two. Everything was very clean. The swimming pool was very beautiful, with clear water and accessible for anyone.

Everything was fine, very recommendable.

Beautiful location with views from our balcony we were in room 102, and then 302 fabulous views over the marina, we extended our stay as we liked it so much. The staff were exceptional and very friendly and helpful. Rooms were luxurious and bed’s comfortable. Also lovely heated pool with pool towels provided at the reception.

Pretty hard to fault to be honest, only one little gripe and that would be the breakfast wasn’t varied enough. Perhaps more choice on cooked breakfast might be nice.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent ( family with 3 kids) Great room comfortable beds good shower and lovely pool. The breakfast was versatile and tasty ( especially the croissant 😉). Service was very welcoming and helpful. The location is good-10 min to Canne, in front for the sea, nice beach close by and lots of restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation in the area.

Great location and lovely views from both the front and the rear of the hotel. Beds were super comfortable and the rooms very well appointed. Pool and loungers were great and all staff very polite and professional. No complaints whatsoever simply a very memorable stay and a hotel highly recommended.
