We stayed three nights 🌙 in this wonderful property . Location is excellent , easily accessible , all attractions nearby , well connected to metro , taxi easily available . Reception was warm , greeted us very nicely , check in and check out were smooth & easy . Staff at restaurant was humble , caring and pay attention to minute details. Food was delicious , having lot of varieties and freshly cooked . Portion was good enough . Facilities like in room dining and housekeeping were also in sync . Selina at Spa was excellent , humble and very professional. She gave us signature body massage which was one of the superb we had . I will strongly recommend this hotel to my friends and definitely will come back very soon .

Location is great , easily accessible and well connected. Staff very very cooperative and very nice . Mr shalesh at restaurant was very humble, , well behaved and nice person . Other staff at entrance , at reception and at restaurant were also professional, well mannered and good . Spa was nice . Food , dinner and breakfast were awesome, unparalleled, having a lot of varieties and delicious. Surely we recommend this hotel to all our friends and family and will coming back very soon .

Little maintenance needed in shower and grooming areas .

Room temperature was not good as it was very Humid, wasted more than 1 hour after check in as Ac was not working properly. Called maintenance staff twice and than problem was fixed. Like always they don't keep Tissue paper in room, we need to call them everytime we need tissues. They don't keep water bottle atleast 1. They keep glass bottles which is filled with water from some RO maybe, and I have not seen this practice in any good hotel. This was my 4th stay and everytime I have to tell them bring tissue paper and water bottle. Ordered Coffee in room and it was too cold when I called room service he said it's from machine so this is the reason that it was cold. He brought again but this time all ok.

Very friendly staff. Particularly Dayanand, Sheelesh, Sameera and Preeti in the restaurant are very attentive and prompt. 10/10.
