The cleanest of the room

Staff accused me of getting a room without paying after they told me I pay with cash at check out. Mind you I did offer to pay before I received the room but they told me no and I have to pay at checkout. The next day they threatened to call the police on me and told me it would be charges made not them knowing i was still on property. They literally could of came and knocked on my door to get the cash if it was that serious but no they instead threatened me with the police. I feel like I was being racially profiled because of my skin color and them thinking because of that i would not pay for my room

It was nice

I put a few sodas into the refrigerator when I arrived, and they were frozen solid the next day. One of them even exploded in the refrigerator the entrance to the room the door itself fits so poorly. You could see do daylight around the perimeter of the door. The shower, the water faucet was set up backwards. The hot was cold. The cold was hot. It took me a while to figure out.

Did not have breakfast. Got up at 330 to go to airport

The price. It was twice what the advertisement said. Also, I did not reallize this was not fairfield inn when I called the # as that is what it was listed as. I had to wait 20 minutes while the clerk at the desk found my reservation and process it.

Very convenient for an overnight stop on a road trip.

The air conditioner wasn’t working in the room, and the night desk could not do anything about that but it was cool enough outside that we could open the windows for a little fresh air.

Loved the fitness room. Pool looked nice but didn't have a chance to use it. Breakfast was good. Would have liked make your own waffles. Lobby and breakfast areas were very nice.

Dirt and stains/spills on the walls in our room. Dings and dirt on the walls throughout the hotel. Elevator made very weird sounds.

The breakfast was amazing! I especially like all the toppings to put on the oatmeal. It was easy to connect to the internet and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.

It would have been nice to have blackout blinds.

All staff was friendly and helpful . Rooms were clean. New carpet in halls. Bathrooms very nice . Plenty of towels . Beds and pillows comfy. Everything looked clean and well kept.

No orange juice or eggs for breakfast - sad face. Room keys needed reactivated a couple times. Lighting in Room wasn’t good- not enough.

The gym facility was nice to have.

I thought the price for 2 people and a one night stay was outrageous. The breakfast was not great but I understand 2 employees in charge of breakfast did not show up for work.

The breakfast was great and the location was great. Very disappointed that we could not get coffee at other times of the day.

Have coffee available.

Nice and quiet. Easy access to I80. Good place for a one night stay while on a road trip.

Would have loved a small Cafe on site, as the rest of the town offers little but fast food.
