I never like to give a negative review staff were above and beyond excellent! Pool was a bit dirty but being the weekend probably just busy jets in the pool didn’t work! A musty smell but maybe an older building! Rooms were great only complaint was the coffee maker did work but a little dusty inside and the coffee may have been a bit old the cup tasted waxy but on the plus side coffee was great at the lounge and was available 24 hours a day. They offer cookies didn’t taste them but a great touch! Breakfast was good but missing some low cal foods I’m a diabetic and wish you had some low sugar or even low cal foods like Greek yogurt with some fruit. There were a couple of old apples! I was able to have the scrambled eggs which were very good and the sausage!

The Hotel was good--room was great.

We had asked for a 12-1 check in on your site. Received a note from you that the hotel would notify us if that was possible. We heard nothing. When we arrived we were told that to check in we had to pay an extra $25. I wish I had know this when we booked. The lady who checked us in--was not very friendly when I said that we did not know about this extra expense--She basically told us--could look else for a room or pay the extra cost. I would have liked to know when we booked that there was an extra expense for early check-in.

Super friendly & helpful staff. Decent breakfast options, but no hard boiled eggs? Good coffee. Comfy beds, big room w couch and great little dog walk area. Pet friendly is a must, so thank you.

AC was not intuitive to figure out. I’d have liked at least my trash emptied (we were there for 3 days). My key card didn’t work. Got it fixed at desk then it worked intermittently.

The room was very comfy, breakfast was very good, they have a pool until 11pm and at night it's lit up. A lot of place to sit and work in the lobby. The room had a few pieces of furniture that we could sit and eat together.

In the morning, the toilet didn't go down, a bit unpleasant.

I really liked the variety of the breakfast add ons. The blueberry jam next to the waffle machine was a fire. I also enjoyed the pool and the gym area. The hotel was clean, the staff professional and helpful with every request.

The only thing i didn't like was coffee. Its the only thing that could be better.

Breakfast on Friday and Monday was great. On Saturday and Sunday in spite of the hours being 6-9:30 cleanup apparently started at 9:00, leaving very little by 9:15 when I got down to eat my breakfast.

See above. Breakfast cleanup should begin at 9:30, not end then. Also, the toilet is way to low. I risked hurting my leg each time I needed to use it. Children from sports event were running up and down the halls til after ten pm.b

The property was clean and well Kept. Pool and gym areas were very sanitary.

the base of an old flag pole is still to the left of the entrance. I ran into it at night, as had many others, judging by the plastic pieces on the ground, and did over $3,000 damage to my front end.

We loved the breakfast! We liked the dog walking area. The room was great! the staff was excellent and very helpful.

The only thing we didn't like was that the drapes do not shut. So at night the street light lit up the room.

Kids said this was the most comfortable place we have stayed at to date, and we have been to a LOT of hotels.

That we were only passing through and couldn’t stay longer.
