The staff was very helpful especially when the booking.com piece got messed up due to a mistake on your end. The staff went above and beyond to find a solution. They were able to get us a room and make the weekend amazing.

However ,booking.com experience was horrible. The worst experience that I have ever had. It almost left me without a room. Again the Staff at the hotel did more for me and my family then booking.com did.

Super clean, laundry on site, coffee all day, a grill and area for a bonfire.. the rooms include a stove top, microwave, dish washer and some basic utensils and pots/pans. There’s a gym too. conveniently located 3 minutes from Walmart, across the street from a convenience store and Aldis. Next to a Dunkin’ Donuts.

Very clean and maintained. From the outside to lobby to elevator and room was all clean. Staff was VERY nice at the front desk even the ladies dorm room service who checked an hour before checkout to see if I was staying or checking out. Very nice People. Room was fully equipped had zero issues with anything.

Not much to not like. Had some kids running through the halls rather late but I have 5 children myself it did not bother me much felt like a taste of Home.

Staff was awesome, great location to everything needed.Quiet and very comfortable stay. Next time I'm in the area this will be my go to hotel.

Not a bad thing but recommend a coffee machine in the lobby for us early rise people. Nothing bad to say.

Good location, right in town in Sayre. Everything was very clean, from the beds to the bathroom to the kitchen - no complaints whatsoever. We were only in town for one night to visit family so we didn’t get to use most of the full kitchen features but we were impressed with all it included. The room was also pretty spacious - there were four of us, all adults, and we never felt cramped.

The only negative thing we experienced was a lot of loud walking/marching/stomping from the floor above us for a while later at night. We found it funny and weren’t bothered by it since it did stop then, but others traveling who need it quieter or need to go to sleep early may have found it disruptive or annoying.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, everything was spotless clean. Full size fridge, dishwasher, stove (no oven), dish soap & detergent in room, free washer & dryer(pay $1.00 for small box of detergent). The bathroom actually "sparkled". There was Dove brand shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers built in to the shower wall. The price was extremely reasonable. The staff were some of the nicest people ever! What a great stay😃💃

My key card deactivated it’s self 4 times during our visit. Wish it had a pool for the kids. Musty smell.

I liked all the amenities and loved how comfortable the bed and pillows were!! The location was great and the price was even better!! Will definitely stay there again.

Room and facility were excellent.

Breakfast was not available - did not realize all rooms were suites and "make your own" food was an option.

I didn't expect a suite and was quite pleasantly surprised to get one. Location was convenient to everything we needed. I felt like I got a good value for my stay.

There were a lot of cigarette butts around the main entrance which was quite unsightly.
