The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself seemed quiet and relaxing. The bathroom was clean and stocked. The price for a week stay seemed like a steal! Two restaurants in walking distance if the snow made it hard to drive. And a gas station with a McDonald's is really close as well. We honestly have no complaints at all about the hotel! It met and exceeded all of our expectations.

Clean, Quiet, Smoke Free which lessens allergens, Breakfast is served, but basic, eggs, sausage both previously frozen and heated, muffins, apples, packages of oatmeal, you can make your own waffles, juice machine, hot beverage machine, rooms were clean, shower was clean, water pressure not the greatest, but workable by adjusting the shower head to make water come out harder, hot water creeps up on ya, grounds are clean, diner across from here has great food and amazing prices. we ate there twice as a family of 4, dinner and breakfast/lunch next day and spent about 130 all together, down state on Long Island it would have been easily 120$ for just the dinner meal. All in all, great experience and my family really enjoyed it. We like the area so much we are planning on moving near this location.

Not much to do unless you go out some place. There used to be a restaurant attached to the inn that is closed - makes the inn look a little ghost town-ish. Breakfast could have some more options when it comes to eggs. There were only hardboiled or flat commercial egg rounds. maybe a cooking area for the eggs so individuals can make their own eggs like they can make their own waffles. more protein options would be good because food service round sausages cooked in water is not very good at all. Hallways transfer a lot of noise into the rooms and since the hotel is so quiet, it can be quite loud.

Location and the help of the front desk to book an additional room as i have more guest than planned. And he was quick to respond and help me which has made my stay quite stress free. Really appreciate his good gesture and attitude to help.

A little bit more food options in the breakfast area would help and some more fresh fruits like Banana would be help travelers to have a full stomach before heading out for the day.

Convenient hotel when traveling from western NY to New York or NJ or mid Atlantic. Hunter at the front desk, who seemed to have numerous roles, was fantastic. He was friendly, efficient, helpful and cheerful. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Area was quiet with diner next door.

Walls are a bit thin and breakfast is lacking but overall a pretty good value and comfortable stay.

Same thing everyday...should of had made more options availble. Had to ask for extra towels, washcloths, bathmat....

Coffee machine broke. The one downstairs for breakfast...Had to ask for extra coffee,creaner,sugar for our room coffee maker..due to one at breakfast nook broke.

If you want an escape from everyday life this is the place. We stayed for two nights it was comfy and relaxing. Leave the kids at home and just relax here.

Not much to complain about staff was friendly and coffee was all day. They don't keep pots and pans or plates in the room so I brought my own buy overall it was a great stay.

I like the location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The water in the lobby was super considerate on these hot summer days. THE STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

No bagels or bacon at the continental breakfast. Bagels and cream cheese are a staple. Instead of cupcakes, let's get some bagels.

The breakfast was alright could use a little bit of improvement but it was alright as it put something in your stomach before hitting the road. As far as the room goes, it was just GREAT. Plenty of room, high ceilings, one would not be cramped in the room we had. No postage sized room here. The bed was very comfortable and large. Every thing worked and we had quiet all of the night, very important. If we are ever over that way again we surely will not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks: John F.

The front desk clerk Shawn was amazing! Super friendly and so helpful with everything I needed! Even offered to help bring in my luggage for me, since I have back problems. So kind!

Not much variety for breakfast. Wish trays would have been available, since I take mine back to my room. They only had flimsy paper plates, and I ended up spilling syrup everywhere 😬🙃

The room was the largest room I've ever stayed in. One could hold a square dance in there! Except for the fact that the floors creaked, it was a perfect stay. I will definitely stay here again on future trips as I travel annually to Binghamton.

The walls being somewhat thin I was treated to listening to the "amorous activities" of my upstairs neighbors.
