Location - bush area with shopping and food around Fridge and microwave worked as expected Bed was ok comfort wise Plugs in the lamps Loved the second floor parking access Vending machines Shower head turn for more pressure and wasn't gross

Location - it was loud Bath was tiny Sink clogged, told front desk but nothing was ever done The heater thermostat was right next to the window so while the rest of the room was boiling, the heater remained on. Desk and chair right next to heater so it blows in your face which is pretty gross, would be better to reposition

I have stayed here for a number of years and the staff are great and the lady that cooks breakfast is a worker!! It was comfy but the bed did need some attention. I probably could have styed at another place as I felt the price was a little high, but I have found this place very adequate.

The sink plug needs attention to make it drain and bed needs to be replace-had the same squawk as last year-I had the same room. The noise out side my room was really bad but the hotel was not to blame but I think onsite overnight manager should have called the police. I was going to go outside nd tell them to move on but i soulded kike a car that a nasty owner would have.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was right and a good location.

The room service needs to pick it up a bit. I’m ok with having the sheets changed every 3 days but they should still provide service everyday to change the garbage, reload the coffee, clean, make up the bed, etc. This service was not provided and we had to track down the maid and goto the front desk to notify them to get it done. Also the parking lot needs repaving or fill in pot holes.

we had a problem with the faucet in the tub that could not be fixed. It was a nuisance, but the young lady at the front desk was very nice and concerned. That made all the difference to be honest. I wasn't expecting anything, but I did get a nice credit and I plan on visiting my daughter often at the university I will Most likely be using this hotel again in the future.

The area of my room had been freshened up with paint and carpet. The young lady at the desk was superb! She was friendly, kind, helpful and on top of her game. And...an attractive little lady. SHE DOES DESERVE A GOOD RAISE AT NEXT EVALUATION!!!

The bed left a little to be desired. It has seen its day in the motel/hotel industry. The faucets in the room 10-and probably rest of the hotel- are cheap ones used in the remodel..mine leaked a bit when turned on- Room 105. You could not control the workman putting some kind of conduit on the west side of building. They started early and noisy all day.

I love the bacon and eggs with English muffins I have family in Endicott so location is fine.

Your toilette could be higher. I saw a lot of seniors last time i was there and I know like myself if the toilette is to low it becomes differcult to use the restroom.

The staff was very friendly, the room looked clean & the pillows were great but the beds were a little hard. Overall though it was comfortable for the night.

There was no water pressure so the toilet wasn't flushing properly & the cold water barely came out of the faucet. The hot water was fine but it sputtered when running.

Breakfast was great and plentiful and hot

There was no access to local news and weather which was very important going to the golf tournament. The only way to see anything was to go to the lobby TV. Spoke to front desk and apparently they were aware of situation.

the value was great! the fact that it’s pet friendly was amazing, and the room was super clean. we booked last minute because of some unexpected bad weather and this was exactly what we needed. the staff was super friendly even tho we checked in at midnight.

Location to walk to the mall was nice once we figured out where we needed to go to avoid the main road. Staff was nice also on both visits.

I wish the pool was completed when we came through. Rooms were dated, I think they could have used a remodel.
