The room was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. A major plus was the complimentary coffee available in the lobby. The location was PERFECT and just a short drive away from various restaurants, local supermarkets, as well as Binghamton University. Although the hotel's check-out time differed from what was presented on Booking.com, the staff was not only understanding, but also very accommodating to all of our needs. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Allowed pets, had areas to walk dog. Lots of construction workers staying facility. They were very quiet, tho we stayed midweek

TV could not be adjusted for angle , direction or height. Husband was kept up from the flashing bright lights of ads between the segments of shows. If I could have angled the tv better, he would have had an uninterrupted sleep.

This was a very convenient location close to Binghamton University and many restaurants and stores. The queen beds were comfortable, and the shower was great.

For the high price we paid, a daily breakfast should have been provided. Also, we stayed two nights and there was no housekeeping at all except for before check-in. (However, room was very clean upon check-in.)

Beautiful room, plenty of space, extremely clean and comfortable!! Desk personnel were very friendly and helpful with recommendations on local places to venture to.

Booking.com showed a free breakfast at the hotel. There is NOT a free breakfast. That was one reason we had chosen this location. That’s an issue with Booking.com, not the hotel.

Staff quick polite and efficient. Room spacious comfy and clean for the most part would advise checking behind doors and under cabinets as I found used towel behind bathroom door and trash still in one of the bins. Within walking distance of shopping and food establishments.

The best hotel i have ever had in communicating issues or getting back to me with answers. There were some issues that happened before my arrival and they did an outstanding job communicating that information to me way ahead of time so i was surprised or disappointed. Great Job

The room is nice ,the staff was friendly and I felt safe

I got in the shower to go to work and the shampoo and soap were empty. So I had to get out and call the front desk. When I returned from work, the key cards didn't work. Had to go back down to the desk

Very quiet room with kitchenette made our over night travel very easy and comfortable. We checked in after 1am with no problems and were able to sleep in without hearing any noises. Clean room with all we needed.

Would have been nice to have breakfast there in the morning.

Ice maker hardly made any ice and it was VERY loud. Breakfast?? If they had it, we couldn't find it and staff never told us where it was. (guess they don't offer breakfast even though booking.com said breakfast included.)

The large room with a kitchen was a pleasant surprise. There was silverware, glassware, and cookware. The 24 hour front desk with friendly and helpful staff. Very dog friendly.
