We love Hilton but was a bit disappointed by this Doubletree by little things that make a difference that can be fixed. 1st off - Aaron at the front desk was awesome!!!! Very warm, welcoming and hospitable. The 1st floor look was very nice. The beds were nice and comfy. We called for blankets and they came right away - and the last that brought them up was.

Then we faced the elevator situation - took 10 minutes to get on. Then the ice machine on our floor was not working and there was a sign for a vending machine but there was no vending machine to be found. The hallway is nice but the little patch work of painting that needs to be done is not the same color and make it look bad. Also - my glass cups in our room was dirty. The walls behind the bathroom door needed to be wiped down. Inside of the toilet was dirty - had brown mark all the way in the back. The sign behind the entry door needs to be wiped down also. It make me feel like the place wasn’t wiped down properly or at all except for the beds.

Very convenient location. Free garage parking. Arrival staff was pleasant. Light pub style restaurant was good and convenient.

There was construction going on and it was somewhat confusing finding our way around the facility especially from the parking garage into the hotel. The checkout person was rather unfriendly in her mannerisms. She somehow was unable to give me any kind of receipt since my reservation was made through booking.com. and was very stoic in her responses to my questions. I felt she was simply rude. Made me wonder if another staff member had been present at the time perhaps she'd be careful to be a bit more hospitable to a guest.

The night staff was welcoming and helpful when we arrived around 1am to check in after a difficult long drive. We had called ahead to announce our delayed arrival and the staff member taking our call was also very gracious. To my exhausted daughter, the warm welcome cookie felt like heaven. I was impressed with the luxurious clean beds - full of fluffy pillows and super comfortable. I had the best 5 hours of sleep in a long time - as we had to leave early to continue our trip.

The parking lot felt a bit unsafe on our arrival at 1am. Maybe increase the lighting throughout?

The staff and assistant manager trying to help me bc Booking.com never sent my reservation which resulted in cancelation of my reservation after traveling 2.5 hours to get there for a conference.

Booking.com didn't follow through with their email confirming my reservation was indeed canceled bc of their mistake. I was to receive an email within a half hour and have YET to receive it. I will go through another booking agency next time.

Everything was very clean & your staff was extremely friendly and answered any questions that i had.

The room did not have some amenities that most hotels offer like a microwave. Disposable/recycle cups would of been nice for the bathroom. There was a large red stain on the carpet in the middle of the room.

Check in went good. The cookies were great. Room was comfortable. Facility worked!

Breakfast!! Had to ask for dishes. Coffee not hot. Danishes were frozen. Service poor. Food so-so. I would not have paid extra for Breakfast had I known it was going to be poor!

This location is amazing! The rooms are clean and very comfortable, staff is extremely helpful, the gym was a huge added perk with so much equipment and the food I got from room service was delicious. Highly recommend!

Everything at the hotel was clean. It was decorated very festive for Christmas. The staff were great, very attentive, and the restaurant food was fantastic so I have to give the hotel a five out of five and its location was within walking distance of the venue that we were going to.

Room was very clean and amenities were good. Beds were very comfortable and fast wifi was included. Gym was also nice and included many different machines.

Bathroom sink was a little dirty.

The hotel was so clean, including our room. The king bed was comfortable. We stayed with our two dogs and they were so accommodating. The hotel was close to so much!

The elevators are very slow.
