The staff when we checked in was great, she actually assisted us in finding a slightly better rate. The breakfast was more than we expected. Probably the best water pressure I've ever experienced in the shower in a hotel so that was good.

The elevator had a strong smell of hydraulic fluid, the hallways were kind of dim and dingy and there was a rust ring around the drain in the bathtub. Other than that we just needed a bed for a couple of nights while visiting friends in the area so it did the trick.

As soon as you step inside, you're enveloped in a serene spa-like atmosphere, complete with a calming scent that sets the tone for a relaxing stay. The staff is exceptionally attentive, ensuring every need is met with a smile. But what truly impresses is the immaculate cleanliness throughout the property - it's clear that the team takes pride in their work. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

I had an amazing stay at this property! Daniel was incredibly kind and welcoming. While the property itself may not be modern, the staff's dedication to cleanliness and maintenance is truly impressive. You can tell they take great pride in their work. My only suggestion would be for the company to invest in modernizing the property - a fresh update would perfectly complement the attentive staff. With a facelift, I have no doubt this place would be fully booked and bustling with activity!

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. There were many choices. The man that was maintaining the area was very helpful and immediately cleaned up something we spilled. A very nice and hardworking man.

There were no bath towels in the room and the phone did not work. I walked to the front desk and asked for towels. I told the lady there were no towels in our room. She went to the back and got me some but she did not apologize at all. I thought that was rude.

I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel. Booking.com messed up our reservation, but the young woman at the front desk went above and beyond to help us have a place to stay and after a 12 hour drive, we were thrilled to have a place to land for the night. They were so helpful and we are so very grateful for their willingness to go over and above.

There really wasn't anything that I can say was a problem or something I didn't like other than the Booking.com mess up. The hotel didn't do anything wrong or create any problems, just Booking.com

Convenient location while traveling. Clean room.

The staff were apathetic both when I checked in and when I checked out. They were available and efficient but never smiled or greeted me or thanked for my stay. I don’t know if it’s just a really depressing town and everyone is just like that or they need to be paid more but the staff at the desk seemed very unhappy. There was a very nice gentleman keeping the breakfast area clean though. He was friendly and nice.

I liked that they had a great complimentary breakfast, a clean comfortable bed and great pillows. In fact, I ordered two when I got home.

The water in the sink wouldn’t go down; at least it took a long time. Toilet seat was loose and the tv screen displayed a message that would only go away with a Samsung remote. They came right in to clear that message.

A marvelous place to stay in the Binghamton area without the crime and fear associated with the city. Great room, comfortable bed, quiet. The front desk staff is helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. The elevators are quick and efficient and the included continental breakfast is fresh and tasty.

The single drawback: the curtains could've had a thicker barrier to block out the two klieg lights illuminating the parking lot and seemingly pointed directly at the room. Perhaps eyebrows could be added to the lights to reduce their impingement on the rooms.

The food selection at breakfast was great! The man who prepared everything was so helpful in showing me where certain food items were located in the room. The lady at the front desk that evening (can't remember her name) was so helpful and accommodating as a I mentioned a few things to her about my room. She immediately changed my room to another on the first floor which I really appreciated.

Everything from the clean hallways to the room , as well as the staff everyone there was really nice . Will definitely book again with them again . I highly recommend this hotel to others !! Keep up the great work .

Attractive, modern common areas. Very nice staff. Great breakfast. Good sized, clean room, comfy beds. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator were very good.

No freezer.in the refrigerator. The air felt clammy and damp even with the a/c on. No regular tea bags at the breakfast
