Very clean, indoor pool for the kids and the staff was super nice and helpful if we needed anything. The hotel was quiet too which is nice.

The website doesn’t say they filled in the hot tub, wish that would’ve been communicated up front. The pillows are terrible, way too thin (you legit need 3 to make 1).

Nothing is perfect and when I did have an issue it was dealt with efficiently and quickly

There was no freezer in the refrigerator and no buffet but as I said above, nothing is perfect and for me to complain about this would be unreasonable on my behalf

So conveniently located to BU, most of the staff went out of their way to help, hotel was clean!

The woman at the counter in the restaurant was dismissive and seemed like she hated me for some reason. I was polite, smiled, wasn't a pain at all..she barely made any eye contact at all, took my order without saying anything to me. I stood there for a few seconds and then realized she was done with me. I ordered a Starbucks coffee..I thought she would make it and then hand it to me as there was no one in the place. I sat down, my breakfast came out 10 minutes later, but no coffee. The lady who brought out my food apologized and made me my coffee in 2 minutes. As I ate, I watched the lady behind the counter chat up a customer and fawn all over him. It was so weird. It really seemed like she had something against me for some reason....

We loved the size of our king bed room. The location is great as our son is a student at Binghamton. Pool, fitness center, and bar are nice additions.

It would be nice to have complimentary breakfast for the price.

The location was perfect since we were visiting the Binghamton University campus. The beds were super comfy. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee was perfect!

I was joining University family orientation for 2 days, always trust Marriott brand name. And this hotel located one block away from the campus, very convenience.

"Staff " , was very accommodating, patient, and helpful with challenges of our stay while at the same time dealing with specific challenges of property.

If there's anything to be said negative, it would be that the "pot holes"upon the entrance to property need some attention .

The only downside to the stay the website advertised hot tub upon arrival there was no hot tub

We love this location because it was near everything!!
