I had to book an emergency stay here for a few days, it was simple and comfortable which is what you want. The staff however were amazing, friendly, very happy to help and really made me feel at home. The free breakfast is basic but decent. There is some food options nearby if you don't mind a walk or short drive and a Walmart a short walk away too.

The cleanliness could be improved a little - there was a lot of grime and dirt in the window runners and some other minor areas of dust but nothing major that would stop me using the hotel again if I had to.

It's a little difficult to find the entrance, but I think a lot of people have this issue, since I overheard the desk clerk giving directions over the phone to another guest. Our room was neat and clean. The breakfast was better than okay but not outstanding - I've had different experiences at other Microtel locations that had omelets / sausages for example. We had a service dog with us, and the check-in clerk treated us respectfully and appropriately.

I didn't have any complaints about our stay. I have stayed at other Microtel locations and this one was very much in line with my previous experiences.

The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. My truck broke down and they were recommended by the service manager, who said he had heard only good things. I will stay here again if the opportunity arises. They made me feel very welcome in an extremely stressful situation, and even made me laugh a few times. I cannot say enough about their kindness and understanding.

The circumstances which led me to stay here, which in no way is a reflection on the staff or this property. This would have been much better if I were on vacation or just a normal business trip.

The staff are so sweet here! We were travelling from Canada and were treated so kindly by the front desk lady!! She definitely has great customer service, is kind and friendly. Even in the morning the lady at the breakfast station was kind as well. Place is a Microtel so it’s small but has everything you need!

The location is kind of confusing as it’s in the corner of a street but you can see it from far away so you can’t miss it.

Comfortable room. We arrived at 3pm and even though it is a small room, it did not feel small. Great use of space. And employees are down to earth and kind.

Could have used a little more lighting, but it's not dark. For breakfast, it would have been nice to have hardboiled eggs available, or hot scrambled eggs and a meat option, as you see in other hotels. But certainly none of this is a dealbreaker.

Very nice stay at this hotel. Home like feel. Very clean. Very quiet. We had the Queen Suite which was very large. Coffee and Tea 24 hrs in the lobby. Free parking and Wifi. Great location Walmart around the corner.

Breakfast was very sparse. No eggs No meat . If thats what you’re looking for like we were.

Breakfast was good, exactly what I thought it would be, staff were friendly and efficient. Room was great, a very comfortable night. We liked the location, 7 minutes drive to restaurant, and right at the highway to continue our journey.

The price, we stayed in March 2023 and were taken back at the price increase for August 2024.

Very clean and attractive lobby and room. Excellent bath products. Good quality towels and bedding. Friendly staff.

Location made is hard to walk anywhere as it’s surrounded by busy roads. A bit noisy from highway. Walls a bit thin so noisy. Breakfast choices very limited. Heating noisy and erratic

breakfast, my last stay a few months ago was great...eggs, sausage...ready made waffles..real OJ I would request perhaps that young families with children or large groups be on the lower level...I was awakened several times by kids running and jumping in the room above mine. Just a thought

Rooms were clean and up to date, location made getting to highway, downtown or retail very easy. The staff was excellent, very personable and helpful.

Breakfast was pretty limited in choices, some condition issues in the room.
