I had to book an emergency stay here for a few days, it was simple and comfortable which is what you want. The staff however were amazing, friendly, very happy to help and really made me feel at home. The free breakfast is basic but decent. There is some food options nearby if you don't mind a walk or short drive and a Walmart a short walk away too.

The cleanliness could be improved a little - there was a lot of grime and dirt in the window runners and some other minor areas of dust but nothing major that would stop me using the hotel again if I had to.

It's a little difficult to find the entrance, but I think a lot of people have this issue, since I overheard the desk clerk giving directions over the phone to another guest. Our room was neat and clean. The breakfast was better than okay but not outstanding - I've had different experiences at other Microtel locations that had omelets / sausages for example. We had a service dog with us, and the check-in clerk treated us respectfully and appropriately.

I didn't have any complaints about our stay. I have stayed at other Microtel locations and this one was very much in line with my previous experiences.

The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. My truck broke down and they were recommended by the service manager, who said he had heard only good things. I will stay here again if the opportunity arises. They made me feel very welcome in an extremely stressful situation, and even made me laugh a few times. I cannot say enough about their kindness and understanding.

The circumstances which led me to stay here, which in no way is a reflection on the staff or this property. This would have been much better if I were on vacation or just a normal business trip.

The staff are so sweet here! We were travelling from Canada and were treated so kindly by the front desk lady!! She definitely has great customer service, is kind and friendly. Even in the morning the lady at the breakfast station was kind as well. Place is a Microtel so it’s small but has everything you need!

The location is kind of confusing as it’s in the corner of a street but you can see it from far away so you can’t miss it.

Comfortable room. We arrived at 3pm and even though it is a small room, it did not feel small. Great use of space. And employees are down to earth and kind.

Could have used a little more lighting, but it's not dark. For breakfast, it would have been nice to have hardboiled eggs available, or hot scrambled eggs and a meat option, as you see in other hotels. But certainly none of this is a dealbreaker.

Convenient location to break our journey, don’t think there were any attractions close by. Lots of parking. Room was smallish but well laid out with fridge and microwave, and was comfortable as well as quiet. Free coffee and chocolate in the lobby. Breakfast was good although options quite limited

The pump-dispensers of conditioner and moisturiser were empty.

Wifi was not very good, and disconnected a lot. Only one washing machine and one dryer which does not make much sense since the drying time is much longer , we had to keep our clothes for sun dry because the dryer was occupied for a long time

Front desk people very friendly. Elevators quick. Room clean and spacious. Work area convenient. Microwave and fridge in the room.

Not enough outlets. None on the desk. That needs to be corrected.

Immaculately clean bedroom and bathroom. Good quality toiletries in the bathroom. A very comfortable bed.

The little square pillows - but maybe they are the norm. We prefer the oblong pillows that are the norm in the UK. The towels were on the small side. I’m not a big person, but even for me they were tiny.

Very nice stay at this hotel. Home like feel. Very clean. Very quiet. We had the Queen Suite which was very large. Coffee and Tea 24 hrs in the lobby. Free parking and Wifi. Great location Walmart around the corner.

Breakfast was very sparse. No eggs No meat . If thats what you’re looking for like we were.
