Staff is very friendly, gave me the option of choosing a suite on the first or second floor which I appreciated! The studio suite was the perfect size for me and it was very clean, the bed super comfortable. Having an oven in the kitchen was a HUGE bonus and the kitchen itself provided all the basic supplies one might need. I also liked how the property was laid out more like condominiums than a hotel, which helps to add to the feel that you are at home.

The pet deposit was a little higher than what I try to spend, being that it is non-refundable ($100, I try to keep it at $75 or less), but I was okay with paying the higher pet fee since their suites include ovens, which was high on my necessity list for this trip. My only other small commentary would be that my sliding glass door seemed to be sealed shut so I couldn’t open it (why have it if you can’t use it) and there was no lighting in the living area of the studio, which made it kind of dim, with the only lighting being the lights from the kitchen and the table lamps from the bed. Very minor things just thought I should mention it!

Very big and convient room for a family, with two showers and seperate floors. Very comfy beds and pillows. Nice grounds and facilities, great breakfast.

We had to make the sofa bed ourselves, which was not too bad.

The breakfast was great. Plenty of choices. Not just boxed cereal and bagels. The staff was great. Bobby was so pleasant and accommodating. We got there a little early and he had no problem letting us check in. The grounds were really pretty. It was like a little community complex. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Was close to the University, restaurants, shopping. Our daughter goes to school in Binghamton and we will definitely come back and stay at the Residence Inn. #1 Choice for us.

The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and attentive. Selections were great. The location was good for us. Being close to Vestal and shopping as well as close to Binghamton worked out great.

Being upstate NY and cold. The draft from the sliding glass door and entry door could be addressed.

Bring your own pillow! We slept pretty terrible between the quality of the bed and the limited amount of flat pillows.

The only thing I could say is if you’re on the bottom floor, you can hear the footsteps above your room.

I loved having a kitchen and super easy parking. I could do a load of laundry. The staff were there to help every step of the way. They have an outdoor gas fire where I sat with my friends.

Very minor, but the paint on the outside of the building could do with a touch up.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly. It was a little more pricy than other hotels but we enjoyed it.
