The lobby is excellent and there were many options of games, seating, and outlets. The rooms were nice and like the decor. Love the ice and water bottle fill up area. STAFF were EXCELLENT and helpful.

When checking in 2 of the 7 room that were assigned were already occupied and that was awkward. We brought our cheer team and were disappointed that the pancake maker did not work.

Used the gym and it was very clean with up to date machines and many equipment choices. Pool table was nice in the lobby for something to do. The woman who was on staff the night I was there was so extremely helpful especially when it was obvious she was doing everything alone. She always has a smile and helped as much as possible.

The place is beautiful and CLEAN!!!! Breakfast options are perfect. Love the coffee availabilty all day!

Never received our welcome (check-in )bag of water. Saw them behind receptionist, but he must have forgotten. While we stayed at a TRUE hotel in Va, they also had a warm cookie at check in.. It's just an added touch that I always thought was going above and beyond.

Loved it was pet friendly and when I forgot to ask for a first floor room they were able to accommodate when I asked later.(for it to be easier to take the dogs out.) They had the extra blanket I asked for and staff was super friendly and helpful.

I only have positive things to say

I did not have breakfast, but I did have both tea and coffee. I like that tea and coffee available 24 hours and fresh.

I'd prefer daily house keeping. Also it was a bit noisy, during hours of sleep, with yelling and doors slamming.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had to switch rooms because our air conditioner wasn’t working. The room was OK. It smelled alittle like dog urine in the bathroom and the floor was sticky if the room temperature went down.

It’s a newer hotel. It’s very clean. I like the fact that the hotel sells drinks and food and beverages that are easily available. I also like the walk-in showers as opposed to the old style bathtubs.

There several places to sit quietly and relax, our room was clean, loved the walk-in shower and bed was comfortable. Updated modern feel.

We didn't have a coffee pot in our room.

Convenient location, decent pricing for holiday weekend stay

Staff was scarce, but wasn’t huge concern for my family. Again- was holiday weekend so may not apply year-round.
