The room looked renovated- the room was clean -and bring your own pillows if you can rest better with them. Powerful showerhead for a reinvigorating shower We got exactly what we expected--the location is close to many grocery stores and restaurant and gas stations so you can fill your car with anything you need to go on your road trip.

washroom -the bathtub needed to be refinished so it looked dirty--but once I used it had a great showerhead and I was able to have a shower.

clean, spacious, decent new furniture, have fridge and microwave, safe and convenient location near many stores; 7 min drive to Binghamton University

lack of elevator; I booked for 2 nights, but stayed 1 night, would be nice to get refund

The early morning front desk woman was very rude and un accommodating for paying customer. A simple issue she made too personal. Very unprofessional. But issue was resolve by higher ups.

The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. TV remote needed batteries, which we got the 2nd day. Still couldn't watch TV, remote didn't work.

I realize it was a very busy college graduation week-end, but I really needed a small coffee pot and was told several times it wasn’t possible - despite paying $300 for the room my first night. Same with a hairdryer.
