We love the discounted breakfast at the buffet. We also love the outdoor pool. We sat outside poolside for hours one of the days that we stayed and it was beautiful. I also like how private it is and how everyone is there to help but also do not bother you much. The room was clean and there were 2 robes in the closet for us which we also love that feature. Great job! Everyone is friendly and we visit very often. At least 4 times a year and it has become one of our favorite places for a long weekend away.

Could have a better selection at the vending machines. Also would love to have later pool hours for adults.

We intentionally planned this trip on a Thursday for the all you can eat crab legs and buffet. Added pluses are the casino, salt water pool, and hot tub. Beds were heaven, pillows were perfect, and the shower was my kind of hot.

The morning front desk staff would rudely eyeball you when you walk by everytime. Makes you wanna, reach out and touch face.

Was impressed with ADA accommodations set up. Huge place.

The staff at the front desk was in a bad mood the morning I left. I asked for a receipt. She said I would get it via email, then looked at the computer. I did not want it via email and still have not received it.

Tioga Downs is truly a gem! I booked a room because we were hosting a big event at Tioga Downs. The event went great., The room was great. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. The restaurants were great and I even made some new friends. I am not a gambler and I still had plenty of things to do outside of the casino.

The hotel and casino were great. The rooms were fine neat and clean,and staff super.The casino had a great selection of slots and table games.

The buffet was TERRIBLE for dinner and breakfast.We went for dinner buffet and they ran out of carved turkey an hour and a half into serving. The salad bar ran out of items and was not restoked. The selection of other food items was so so. My wife and I said you can not screw up breakfast so the next morning we gave it a shot. The bacon was so OVER DONE you needed a jack hammer to try to eat it. I think most of the hot items were luke warm,the egg station was GOOD. We had breakfast 2 mornings and were happy to have $5/ea. off for both days. Breakfast was plentiful and P J Clarke's and the buffet were both very nice restaurants. We also enjoyed using the hot tub and sitting by the outside pool on the sunniest day. 4 restaurants to choose from and the casino and hotel were smoke free. It was neat to be able to sit and watch the horses run the track for practice - we weren't there for an actual race. Slots were fun and the players club rewards were very good compared to other casinos we have visited.

Easy to get around with my 87 yo mom. The restaurant was good. Took advantage of the $2 ice cream cones. Slots paid ok. Breakfast was nice. Mom already planning a trip back!

Would had liked it to be better accessible - took many back roads from PA to get there, so probably wont plan another trip til Spring.

Sometimes confusing to get from the hotel to the casino. It was a Tuesday night and the steak house was closed. The buffet was just okay. Price was very inexpensive. We arrived shortly before closing. Ham and turkey dried out. Soft serve ice cream was like soup.

The food was good, staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here.

The parking lot in front of the hotel was full so I had to park in the garage which was okay.

The beds are very comfortable The room was clean

The heat in our room wasn't working well. The hot water in the shower ran out on me midway thru my shower. The hot tub jets are weak and the hot tub didn't feel clean when we were sitting in it, they also need to change the adult swim hours, by the time we check in at 4, eat dinner there's no time for my Grandson to swim because of adult swim starting at 8 , 9 would be a better time for adult swim!
