Clean and quiet place (even that fast river on the back of hotel, and our room had window on the same side - no noise from river). Friendly staff - even during checkout asked if I'd like to have room on 1-st or 3-rd floor (in mostly places they just give you cards/keys and that's it). Large area for breakfast. Pool and gym available - did not use, but saw people using it (some kids have fun in the pool, and all facilities were not overcrowded. Convenient parking on site and ramps for hotel access - everything is designed with thinking about people w/ disabilities.

It felt good to be there.

We paid extra for a river view but since we wanted to Also wanted to be on the top floor, there were trees blocking part of the view. In the morning the river was all fogged in anyway.

The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The stairwells were okay. They were clean, but it looked like a child painted them. Paint on the floor made it look messy.

The noticeable smell/odor when entering the room 228 and in the hallway on the second floor. Could it be a result of being in the proximity to the river and dampness? The ventilation? The bed was too firm along with the pillows. The pillows could have been larger. The location of the TV was awkward and uncomfortable in relation to the bed. One had to lay side ways or bend one's head to watch. Suggested location in rm 228 in the left hand corner mounted diagonally near the ventilation. Our room faced the parking lot, a curtain such as those in the breakfast area. would have afforded privacy.light and view outside.

It's clean and in a beautiful location next to a river.

The facility is a little run down but the staff and their attention more than make up for it.

location was perfect. breakfast was delicious. property was clean.

the wall outlet in between the beds didn’t work then gave my husband a shock. told staff but they seemed unfazed. pool was freezing, not heated at all. kids couldn’t play.

Immaculately clean!!! Key feature for me. Welcoming staff. Breakfast selection wonderful & delicious. Room layout excellent. Bedding very fresh & comfortable! Bathroom lovely as well. All decor pleasing. Very well appointed!

The cleaner used on the floor was very sticky and made a lot of noise.

King bed was great, and even the fold out couch was comfy for my grandkids. Staff was really super with info and help. Great view from our room, pool was great but accoustics were awful in that pool room. Breakfast was great.

Very clean rooms. Lots of variety with breakfast. Pool was very clean. A little more cool than I was used to.

The "water" view. It looked like a very large body of waste water.
