I liked how large the room was we stayed in. I liked the aize of the bathroom. Also very much liked that there was a couch in the room as well. I felt that for the size of the room and cleanliness, we got a good deal.

The breakfast was nonexistent. Apparently they were waiting on a truck delivery for days…. But the only thing there was a few stale pieces of bread and cups of cereal with no milk. With a family, we stay places where there are breakfasts. So that was a letdown.

Excellent stay! Drove up from Jersey for Binghampton College new admit day for my son and had a great time. Room was large for a family of 4, beds were comfy, room temp was easily adjustable. We'll be back for his orientation in around the July 4th timeframe!

If we had to nitpick, water pressure in shower was a bit low and there needed to be more breakfast choices downstairs, but no biggie on both counts!

Stacy was exceptional and turned our stay around. We didn’t have a working tub and although the night staff never got back to us to solve the problem Stacy had us in an upgraded room within 10 minutes. The cookies and lemon water in the lobby were a nice welcome. It was appreciated!

Our initial room had a tub that would not hold water. It would have been nice to have the room change happen immediately as the rates for parents weekend are over $300/night, double the normal rates.

Good value, room was nice . Location very good near store and restaurants. Room change was perfect.

First room assigned had issues. Breakfast should not be called breakfast, just pantry snacks. Front desk staff, had personality of a rock 🪨, may have been having a bad day. Have to be assertive to get needs met.

The bedding was comfortable and the room temperature was easy to control. It was quiet also. The breakfast area was roomy and the food was plentiful with a good selection of fruit, cereals, waffles, juices, hot beverages, and eggs and sausage.

The only thing I noticed missing was a box of tissues.

Most everything and the folk where great my family and myself felt very safe and enjoyed ourselves

The pool area could use a lot of work while we had a good time the pool area gave the whole Facility a bad eye

Both my mom and I are on crutches and the maintenance man- Keith helped us load our stuff on the valet cart both when we arrived and when we left. It was such a blessing.

This is our third visit at the motel and each time we have had issues connecting to the wi-fi. This visit it connected originally but then we weren't able to access it for the rest of our two days. Very disappointing.

Great location and very pleasant staff. Stacy was very sweet and helpful.

Room could use a freshening. New carpet and tiles in bathroom. Also a stain on the sofa.
