Room was clean and beds comfortable. Hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausages and option to make hot instant oatmeal of varied flavors. Make your own waffle was available. Fruit available for breakfast as well as varied types of bread. Very conveniently located across the street from Binghamton University.

Windows were dirty. Yogurt was not available for breakfast for both days. Apparently there was some, but not at the times I ate. Exercise room door stated that it only opened from 10 AM to 10 PM. I think that many people use the exercise equipment in the early morning, not starting at 10.

The location and the staff

The interior was very dated and old, but functional. The vanity in the bathroom was very low, and the bathroom was very small. The wall paper was peeling off the walls. There was mold growing in the bath tub, we bought our own bleach to clean it with.

Rug in room seemed as if it had not been vacuumed. No convenient hours for the exercise room. Opened too late and closed too early.

great location, very close to Binghamton university, very comfortable bed, room was spacious and clean, easy check in and out

there was a door close to our room that was very loud and it would close many times during the night and morning when we were sleeping

They let us check in early and gave us a quiet location as we requested. It was clean and comfortable with a microwave, fridge and coffee in the room. A nice breakfast was included.

The towels could be nicer but were fine for our one night stay.

The room and hotel were very clean. The staff that checked us in were friendly and kind, helpful in every way.

The breakfast situation was a little disappointing, but not to the staffs fault. It was more a guest issue. The woman who oversaw the breakfast room was wonderful though. The bathroom was a little tight as well, but we managed fine.

I couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature in the room (I had a different room the 2 previous nights and found it in there, but not in this room). A little sad breakfast starts later on weekends, I still had to be to work at 7 Parking lot could use some work

Staff was excellent (friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient). Rooms were well appointed, having large mini fridge, microwave, large dresser, desk, mattress toppers. Convenient outlets on the lamp on the nightstand (but my plug did not fit well). There was a full complimentary hot and cold breakfast in a dining room. (Muffins were very good but I think the eggs were powdered.) Although we didn't try it, there is also an adjoining Japanese restaurant. It is practically across the street from Binghamton University so, for us, a very convenient location. Overall, much better than the other Choice hotel we stayed in last time (when this hotel was booked up).

My charger plug kept falling out of (was strangely loose in) the outlets, and I tried several. The bathroom was clean, but the floor tile and tub looked a bit shabby. I am also not a fan of carpet, especially dark carpet. I liked that the in-room coffee maker used pods but the resulting coffee was undrinkable. Fortunately, there are coffee stations in the lobby and dining room which I recommend you use instead of the in-room coffee. Lastly, while I appreciate the challenge of cold winters and thaws on asphalt, the parking lot needs to be repaved.

It was nice to have a Hotel near University! there are a lot places to have a dinner and lunch. For example, there are differen types of restorance and caffes near Hotel. And very green and quite placce for staying there! The very kind and nice admistrative managers and service peoples work there.
