Great location with walking distance to lots of restaurants and right off the highway.

We had booked 2 rooms and requested ground floor side by side with access directly from the room to the parking lot. When we checked in she gave us second floor rooms but was able to change them to ground floor. Sadly we weren't able to park in front of our rooms. In fact we couldn't see our motorcycles from our room.

Issues with the heater again it’s an older heater that hasn’t been replaced make sure you ask for a room with the updated heating ac system. Very hot in the room I let the guy in the evening know and he actually felt it too and saw that there was a problem.

When you pay such a cheap price you cross your fingers and hope for the best😜but the 5 or six times I’ve stayed here I’ve had the most relaxing and quiet 🤫 unbelievably quite. We see deer’s and beautiful birds from the second floor balcony it’s amazing! And great BBQ and diner near by as well as McDonald’s,Bk,Dunkin’,2 gas stations and more! It’s my wife and I favorite place to stay when driving through.

Beautifully furnished rooms with balconies and mountain views at bargain prices. Located in a very underrated part of the Pennsylvania mountains. Found out also that the owners have been part of the civic life of the region for a very long time, and basically restored the only hotel in town.

The A/C may need some work. Only really bothered me my last night there, but I know from one other guest I met that I'm not the only one who had an issue. Cut this place some slack though: they weren't open last year, and overall they've done a spectacular job restoring the hotel.

I didn't realize there was a breakfast!!! The young woman at the desk was very helpful and friendly. I had a little trouble with her accent, but that was me. Where I come from there isn't much chance for practice listening to folks from other countries. But she was very patient with us which speaks highly of her. We only needed a safe, clean place to sleep for the night, for the money, this motel exceeded our needs.

There was just a sliver of soap. Fortunately I had a bar from another motel in my travel bag.

he location was conveniently close to the highway and not far from Binghamton, making it a good stay overall. While the price was a bit high for the quality of service, the venue was generally positive. The room included a microwave, fridge, and range, which added to the convenience.

Aside from a very noisy AC, there’s nothing else to report.

There are times when you go to the desk NO ONE is there especially in the am trying to get back in the room to reactivate the card. I see other people said that same thing. You have to call the motel or go find them. Very irritating

The location was perfect. Everything about the property was convenient. It was clean and I felt safe there.

Maybe add more towels to the rooms. We tend to use more than one washcloth per day so add those and hand towels too.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was a nice place and a great value for the price.

Having the fridge inside of a cabinet was a bit troublesome because the fridge door wouldn't close properly and you had to shift the fridge.
