Location was great close to shopping, and restaurants. Breakfast was good and area was clean, the lady working that area is very nice and on top of everything! The hotel smells clean and is nice and modern :) pool area is nice, and accessible! When we asked for extra towels they brought some up to our room which was nice!

I didn't like that we weren't able to grab a cot, our room said ok for 5 but they only gave us 2 towels....small attention to details are important. The coffee maker was not able to be used as someone prior to us used it and it hadn't been cleaned....breakfast is only 2 hours so it gets quite busy, with little areas to sit...didnt find front staff too knowledgable about what I asked about....as I still haven't gotten my deposit refund back yet....usually that happens quickly....I have emailed the hotel no response as of yet.....will update

Very close to work and very clean!

We were told that the room we had would be on hold for us if we needed it another night! We were there because the area we live in has no power due to the recent storm. I went down this morning and one of the staff members at the desk was very rude and said well if that was the case they should have booked it for you another night. I said we weren’t sure if we were going to need it. She in turn said we are booked and there is nothing I can do for you. I’m not calling people to let them know there are no rooms. In the mean time the young lady who was waiting on me kept trying to see what she could do. I understood what the rude staff member was trying to say, but she didn’t have to be so Rude about it! Unfortunately we will not stay here again for some time.

I suffer from motion sickness and I have to stop after about 3 hours of travel. Binghamton was midway to my destination and I stopped at the Fairfield Inn around 10:00 Am. I knew I was too early to check in but I planned to go next door to Cracker Barrel and have breakfast anyway. I thought I could use up about 2 hours between breakfast and a bit of shopping at the store and I did. When I stopped back at the front desk, they graciously accommodated my early check in and I was able to go to my room and relax for the rest of the day. I will not hesitate to stay with the Fairfield Inn again when I come around this way next June.

I miss the bathtub but I can’t complain about the walk-in shower. It is lovely and clean and I appreciate the shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied for me.

We had our parents stay, and they all enjoyed the walk in shower as they are seniors in a tub is hard to get into. They love the room, said that they were very neat and clean king size bed with very comfortable and a pretty good breakfast in the morning.

I do think hotels need to start changing their check-in and checkout times. To check in at 3 PM and only be able to stay until 11. The next morning is not even 24 hours and most people get up and leave in the morning to continue their vacation and/or journey. So the room reads are really overpriced in my opinion and it’s not just this hotel it’s every single hotel. Check out could still be at 11 and check-in‘s could still be at 11 not every room is locked down for them to clean as soon as a guest leaves, they go clean the room move the next guest in, just my thought  otherwise everything was outstanding. Thank you. 

Good experience but we chose to stay there because of the pool but it was not listed before we booked that the pool is shut down for maintenance. Would have been nice to know right up front. Other than that it was clean, quiet and easy access.

Close to Greene N.Y. where our destination was. Able to check in a little early which suited our needs. Room was a little larger than expected and well laid out.

Just a small thing but would have been ideal if they had an e.v. charging station. Will be happy when that is STANDARD for ALL hotels.

The room set up was really nice. I don’t know if all of them are set up the same, ours had a large table to place things on. It made it very convenient to stay there.

The location was close to the university, but not right on top of it. We were close to all kinds of amenities. The room was clean and modern. The bathroom was well stopped and clean as well.

highway is nearby so heard fast cars all night. This can be annoying for those light sleepers.

Toilet too low. Need chair height toilets for people with physical disabilities
