Rooms at the back of the hotel are very quiet. The indoor pool is nice and the gym is well above average. The lobby area and patio are great for hanging out and working. Breakfast is typical. They have cookies when you check in. People actually use the stairs here. The SUNY (Binghamton University) has a great set of hiking trails at its nature preserve. Nirchi's pizza and other food options are on the same block.

The doors to the stairways are kept open, which is a fire hazard. There's no safe way to walk around there, no sidewalks at all. People like to smoke at the patio tables (if you smoke, this is a pro not a con).

It meet the usually Hampton Inn standards for cleanliness and comfort and breakfast was also fine up to the usual standards. There was no traffic noise. It was fine for our purposes.

The air conditioning unit was a little noisy. Otherwise everything was fine.

Elevated location away from road (privacy); totally unexpected large size of room, well-appointed. Fabulous bathroom, comfortable bed/bedding.

Didn't matter to us as we arrived after dark & left promptly (traveling) but windows faced only cement building, no views...but great privacy!

We loved the staff and our room. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise. The room was clean and very comfortable.

There were a couple spiders in the room.

There was a lady at the reception on Friday evening who gave me the best advice for a dinner. Sadly I don't remember her name. The room was big, convenient for two and very clean. It is close to main road but very quiet.

Breakfast was ok, but I believe it is not very environment conscious to use disposable dishes, cups etc.

The staff were extremely courteous, willing to help and attend promptly to our every need. Our suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Nothing. This hotel is the only hotel where we will stay in future visits.

The location, easy check in and check out, cleanliness of the property and room and the comfortable beds. It also was well stocked with towels and toiletries. The lobby area was very nice as was the breakfast area and selection.

I wish there were more chairs in the room. There were three of us in the room but only one chair. There was a stool but with my bad back we just had to rotate the usage of the chair while in the room

Warm & welcoming staff and physical entrance/lobby, very clean, cleanest/freshest hotel breakfast, clean & highly functional gym, nice room, great location.

The pool was cold- that’s really it.

The location is great because it’s near Binghamton University .

The beds were not comfortable at all and actually squeaked when you sat down in them. It’s definitely time to replace the beds. That is my only complaint.

Excellent, comfortable breakfast. Great bathrooms. Plenty of luggage carts. Easy, multiple entry/egress doors to parking.

Need better signage at elevators showing direction of room numbers.
