Post COVID the idea of American hospitality took a nose dive. Most of the hotels weve been in the east cost were out to rip off the weary traveler. The hotel chains are the worst in this act, where they cut corners everywhere including quality. This is seen in everything they provide, the bed to amenities.Bottom line, they increased their price and reduced quality and service, clients have become a proces. This hotel I stayed yesterday, Crystal Spring, still maintains the no nonsense American hospitality and have not compromised on anything. It's affordable, clean, and felt like home.

This place is amazing ! Hannah is sweet and very professional ! I wish I would’ve taken pictures , next time as we are going back ! 15 min from the fair and demolition derby ! We had so much fun ! This hotel is more like a Condo with patio so u can open up the room even park your vehicle right up to it huge laying back chairs ! Price was great way under what we budgeted❤️kitchen and living room coffee maker and blow dryer lol Big win ! Thank y’all for making our weekend wonderful /memorable ! One more great perk ….Of u arrive after 10 pm no worries Hannah put our keys paperwork you pick your code for the safe ! I love simple and stress free! This is one of my longest reviews because if you miss going here you’ve missed great memories 🥰

Very nice room, very comfortable and clean with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains. The staff was very friendly and professional, very nice! I will definitely recommend. Great location

Beside the fact some people seems to be living or staying long term in this hotel, and smoke weed on their balconny next to ours, everything was ok

I loved the location of the Inn. The view from the room was breathtaking and it was close to the Main Street where you can shop and eat. The staff members were friendly and took care the issues that we had promptly. There was an issue with the shower head and the beds, and I was very impressed that they were replaced right away. Sara at the front desk noticed an error in my bill upon arrival and took care of it immediately. The next day Tasha also at the front desk took care of the issues with the room, and our housekeeper Dawn was delightful. There was one other person that helped Tasha with the bed issues but I forget to get her name. When we thanked her, she said "that's what we do, treat everyone like family". If you have any concerns regarding your room, let them know right away and it will be taken care of. Don't wait until you leave an write it in your comments.

The lobby area could be a little bigger, but not a big deal. If there are a number of persons that stay more than one night, it would be nice to have a few breakfast items where they have the coffee.

I like the small private family like vibe. Very Nice homey feel. I like that the couch pullout was already made and ready for our arrival.

The fan sound in the room was a bit loud. It bothered the person that had that room a little. not such a big deal.

Everything is described and then some.....photos do not do its justice as this is probably the best place I've stayed at to date! Best bang for your buck and the views in the morning from the balcony are worth it! The 2 ladies I delt with at the desk for checking in/out take pride in their job and sealed the deal for myself to hopefully return next year!

Only thing I can be negative about is the size of the shower as it's a bit small for a bigger and tall guy like myself but DO NOT let that deter you from staying here!

We used the inn for a quick stop over to take part in activity in Towanda early the next day. Staff was super nice and got us checked in and out quickly

The pillows were not comfortable so we were glad we brought our own. If someone needed it there was an extra cot bed in next room and plates/cups/silverware/pot/colander available in the kitchen area

Our second stay at this place. Hotel was clean and quiet. Did not have any complaints.

The only small hick up was, that we booked a room with king size bed and balcony. At arrival we got initially a room without balcony, we talked at the reception, the hotel manager fixed this, we got one at main floor for disabled persons, no big fuss. Still.. I was kind of expecting to get exactly the room I booked. It was at god in the end.

We loved everything about this hotel. This was our 3rd or 4th time staying. We always make sure to get a top floor room. We love the balcony and the kitchenette.

The only thing I would say we "didn't" like was the fact there's no coffee table or end tables. Nothing to sit drinks on, I'd your in the living room area. Also a pool would make this place exceptional..

The room was great. Loved having pretty much all the comforts of home, stove, fridge, microwave, sink, etc., even if I did not use all of them. Having the ability to was great.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would've liked. I have bad back problems so trying to find a bed that does not cause issues for me is very hard. So, while it wasn't comfortable for me it may be just fine for others.
