There was an issue with the payment between Booking.com and the hotel payment (my receipt said paid and I had the transaction on my credit card). The front desk clerk had a strong idea on what the issue was and was able to get it resolved ( bad expectation date on the Booking.com virtual credit card) he was able to get us taken care of.

My wife son and I only had one issue. I stayed for 2 nights. The morning of the second day we left to do what we had to do. When we got back for the last night in the hotel we noticed they didn't clean the room. No beds made to fresh towels no trash emptied, no nothing. Very disappointed

Breakfast was not great, eggs were sub-par, buns and bread for toast ran out early and were not replenished. Coffee was very good. Attendant was very pleasant.

Housekeeping. Carpet in hallways and elevator vestibule had not been vaccuumed. Room was dusty in certain areas, soap from previous occupant was still in the shower, so questioning if shower was cleaned. No artwork on walls of room, made room seem cold.

The room was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.

Our toilet took ages to fill up and the heater for the room was noisy. I know these are small things, but they were the only thing that kept our experience from being excellent across the board.

Everything was nice. Not to crowded. Staff was informative. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean.

Pillows. Way to soft. Bathtub needs to be cleaned and little better and shower head needs to be updated.

After a long day of driving it was very nice to be welcomed warmly and checked in quickly. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

I was looking forward to a swim to stretch after a long day in the car but the pool was closed.

No place for dinner or drinks. We had a long day to attend a memorial service and nowhere to unwind afterward that we could walk to or from.

Had a problem making reservations because I got sent to group sales, and then after making reservations, there was a mix-up on payment.

The Hampton was so clean the bed was comfortable, the staff were so friendly. The location was perfect for where we wanted to go, and the breakfast was delicious

Place suited my needs and I was able to stay during hours I needed being that I work midnights and needed to sleep before catching my flight . I stayed from 8am to 4:00 pm .
