It was clean and spacious!! Nice furnishings as well.

There was an employee that was quite rude during breakfast.My husband wanted some pancakes and he had just mentioned to the guy restocking it that there was a problem and the guy told my husband " I just replaced the bag in there and if it doesnt work ill jist shut it down." It was the tone in his voice that got my husband upset.My husband has PTSD from beong in the military and servong in Afghanistan and was quite upset by this as it set the tone forbthe whole day.

The reception guy was warm and nice and very helpful. We arrived late and I brought some food for my friends to share, we were allowed to enjoy them in the lobby as long as we clean up afterwards. And the next morning the other guy (kind of new and still learning) helped us find the Museum of Classes with quite some patient.

Maybe a little distance from the city with the construction. Nothing really bothered us.

Breakfast was mediocre. I really hate the plastic utensils and disposable dishes. The hotel was recently renovated and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable probably the most comfortable mattress that we have slept on in many years. Staff were very pleasant.

The safe is on the floor in the rooms. Do you realize how awkward it is for older people to access this amenity. We have to get on our hand and knees to set it up, to open it and close it. Please do something different.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

It was really hard to find as it was hidden on a back road and there was no sign visible from the road. The breakfast was just ok. There was limited fruit and yogurt choices. I found the breakfast to be limited.

They offered late check out to all the guests there to run wineglass weekend!

They gave a late check out but my key car was inactive when I came back to my room. Was an easy fix, just a little inconvenient after running 13 miles

I thought the breakfast was a bit limited, but we were able to find something we liked.

Hot water for tea was not hot and the water tasted like coffee. For tea drinkers, we need a pot that never had coffee in it. Just some feedback!

Overall, fairly good selection of foods. Caters to those who eat fried eggs and meat. There was hot cereal offered, which I ate. The Texas toast bread was nice.

Perhaps some fresh fruit would be nice (bananas or oranges). Also, perhaps, some hard-boiled eggs as a substitute for fried eggs. Another suggestion- whole grain bread, if possible.

Location was perfect for us to go into Corning and head up to Cooperstown. We were staying over to break up the trip. The woman at the desk was extremely nice and accommodating. She was so busy but always had a smile on her face. The pool was clean for the kids. Great restaurants in nearby Corning. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby area was nice.

Breakfast seemed like a hodge podge. Whatever was in the kitchen went out. None of the awesome cinnamon rolls 😞. It may have been the end of their shipment. But, I am thankful to have breakfast included. 😁

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to reach, just off the Interstate. The hotel was quiet and the bed comfortable. Breakfast had a nice assortment of food both hot and cold.
