the coffee filters did not fit the tetra holder of the coffee machine there may be a need for some more maintenance of the facility (but we understand the ownership only recently changed)

very quiet location, quiet facility too. staff was very accommodating. Room was good size and the bed was comfortable.

If you are looking for full breakfast this is not the place. But with one of the best restaurants in town 1 minute away we didn't mind.

I was there for a weekend to participate in the Wineglass Marathon. I had a very comfortable stay. The receptionist even gave me and my friend free bottles of water and orange juice. The location is a short drive (about 5 minutes) to the main town area.

The check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Everything was good.

The booking said we would get breakfast included. However, there was none provided. This would have started our day off well and got us moving quicker.

Bed was comfortable, heating was fine (it was a cool night), and bathroom was perfectly adequate, though basic.

There was no desk for working in the room - but the clerk was kind enough to let me use the breakfast room in the evening for a working space.

It was close to the highway, and the places I wanted to go weren't very far to travel to. The place was quiet, which was very nice. I can not remember the lady at the front desk name, but she was very nice.

They had the refrigerator by the window and a small night stand in the corner, so it was a tight squeeze to get past the end of the bed to get to the window. Otherwise, it was fine.

Staff worked to keep breakfast items stocked. Location was excellent for visiting the Corning Glass Museum.

Someone ahead of me must have turned the refrigerator extremely cold. My fruit and eggs froze.

Decent rooms. Staff were responsive. Breakfast was good enough although bananas were already done before breakfast end time.

The bathroom was a little rough around the edges. The bathroom sink and part of the wall seemed to be falling apart a little. The floors above us were creaky, we could hear people above us walking around a lot.

Room smelled musty. Had to pay charge for update as the original room said it had no a/c which I was told at the desk that all rooms have a/c. When I went to the front desk at night, there was no one there and I used the phone as per instructions but there was a busy signal. Bugs in the room.
