It was easy on, easy off Route 17K en route to WNY. Next door to Tops Friendly Markets and easy access to Dunkin Donuts, Walgreens and into the Town/Village of Bath. Clean room, and quiet. Got what I paid for.

Not much. Bath, NY is a proletarian place. Lots of LOKAL YOKELZ around - but that's okay. I'm a LOKAL YOKEL myself, from a different part of NY.

I stayed for one night while heading to Ontario. The facility was right off the Interstate. Easy peasy. Check in was good, friendly staff.The gentleman directed me to a place to get a meal. The room was clean— quiet. Comfortable bed, coffee. Small refrigerator. free parking on site. It did not disappoint

There was no pancake machine lol. The orange Juice machine was broken whichnis unfortunate but there was no alternative, only coffee.

I really liked the management; they were very friendly and helpful. The manager was especially helpful in providing a secure location for me to park my motorcycle.

The juice machine in the breakfast area was broken and the channel selection for the TV was pretty skimpy.

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, comfortable beds, very friendly service, great breakfast, convenient location right off the highway perfect for a quick overnight stop, overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay

General shabby look and stuffiness of motel and hallways, leeking ceiling, but understand that renovations are underway

The place was clean, the staff was nice and friendly, the rooms were comfortable.

The breakfast was not great, when you woke up you could smell bacon cooking, but there was no hot food at all, just a few cereals and some frozen waffles.

Alot of updates and location of room for wheelchair access. Loved the space in bathroom and shower chair was very sturdy and fit in tub(this is a challenge for most hotels)

There needs to be more signs on wheelchair access...which is off to the side through a door. When I looked in i just saw stairs and didn't notice ramp hidden off to side. So I ended going almost around the building until a guy told me the ramp is through the door and to the right lol.. Also the shower chair needs to have anti slip stickers on it for safety

Bedsheets were really nice, property was clean, shower worked well. Breakfast was included but it was basic, yet decent. Good parking availability

No iron in the room but they promptly gave one upon request

The room was large and nicely appointed and clean. Mattress was comfortable. Looks like it is being renovated and has new carpets etc. Liked the large screen tv.. king suite was really nice.

Breakfast was awful. Skipped it. Walk up to 3rd floor could be awkward for some people.

Breakfast was normal - muffin and some juice. Was not expecting anything more. But the muffin was good. Place is near a heavy road, so at knight you can hear 18-whelers passing by (if it help you sleep better). Every item I used were clean and good quality.

Looks like place had some technical issues with water pipes and there where a few industry grade dryers working in a corridors. Also, if I understand correctly COVID related limitation are no longer in place, but the eating area was still closed, maybe I am wrong.
