Very clean. We stayed in the Merlot suite, it was large and comfortable. Great air conditioning. We liked the sitting room which had a fridge. The hotel is very quaint, in the center of town. There was a nice breakfast room to grab a coffee and snack. I travel a lot and stay in all kinds of hotels. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The room was much nicer than we expected considering the age of the building and the fact that it is above a bar and restaurant. The location was very convenient for our visit as we went to the Bristol Valley Theatre for a play. We were able to park our car on the street in front of the hotel and walk to the theatre and back.

Room was clean and comfortable.

No water in the room. Breakfast was skimpy. No fresh fruit, no real options, was expensive to stay.

Spacious room had couch, chair and coffeetable, queen bed, walk in closet, Beekman goat-milk products in the bathroom; coffeepot with pods, two bottles of water; 2 chocolate truffles and a very nice welcome note; electronic fireplace sporting "flame effect"; ceiling fan, GREAT air conditioner, carpeting, plenty of towels, makeup remover cloth and make up remover wipes.

Just a little odd not to have ANY staffmember in the building, but they were accessible by phone, and we noted that this arrangement allowed us to walk directly to our room without having to wait in a lobby.

Loved the antiques, very clean and quiet. Did not eat in restaurant but food looked delicious
