We were in town for a competition at Corning Painted Post High school and decided to stay over and go to the museum the next day. This hotel was literally a couple minutes away from both. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond for us. This was the best service I have ever had during a hotel stay and we travel quite a bit. The room was clean, my 5 year loved the pool. The hotel was very clean and well kept. They have a very welcoming and pretty lobby.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, great location right in the middle of attractions. The room was great. The bed was comfortable, the shower and bathroom were very nice and clean. Great room great price.

Ate at the restaurant inside hotel garden inn and we ordered wings one was freezing cold, can you say salmonella. The blankets in the room were squared off like a fitted sheet and not very thick.

Great hotel facilities. Very clean and well maintained. Terrific location! It was perfect for our visit to the Corning Museum of Glass. Great view of the river from our room. Loved the indoor fireplace and the outdoor fire pit. The hotel restaurant was a great option for our dinner one night. Check in staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing was bad about it. I had a great experience here and would definitely choose to stay here again.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the room amenities. The whole hotel was very clean and there is a restaurant, bar and we even bought tickets for a comedy show in the hotel.

I suffer with severe allergies and asthma. I requested a room that was pet free but they couldn't guarantee such a room. They did reply to my request stating that the rooms were thoroughly cleaned after a pet had been in a room. However, I had a significant problem at a Marriott Hotel where obviously there had been a pet in the room before us and I had an asthma attack. We were there for my nieces wedding. I feel all hotels should designate rooms as "Pet Free>"

Terese at the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Michael in the dining room was extremely hardworking, personable, and attentive to details. Excellent service

On Friday evening there was an extremely strong smell of drugs either in the hallway of the 4th floor or through the ductwork. Saturday night, late in the evening, there were some loud guests who woke my fiancee and I up several times.

I had just stayed at a different Hilton in Selinsgrove the previous day on the way up to Niagara Falls. That hotel had a host of issues so I was a little bit nervous booking another Hilton. This was night and day better! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, the elevator worked, the coffee didn’t taste like stale cardboard and battery acid, and they actually offered me a paper receipt at checkout, which worked out well because the employee spotted an error that he fixed. I had forgotten what it was like to have a seamless, easy hotel visit.  I will definitely be back to this location again. The area is also super pretty.  Ask for a room facing the river. 

This is very minor, but the Hyatt gives make up remover wipes in the bathroom. I wish that Hilton did too. 

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and modern bathroom. The hotel is at walking distance from the Corning Museum of Glass and from Corning's main street. Plus, the food served at dinner was surprisingly good for such a large hotel.

The pillows were terrible (the mattress was great, though) and the air conditioning was rather noisy. Otherwise we would have given our stay a perfect-10 rating.

Excellent location right next to the Corning Museum of Glass. Very easy walk several times a day across the pedestrian bridge to Market street which has lots of great restaurants and shops. Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We also had a beautiful view of the river in our large, spacious room. We were really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room.

The bathroom has barn doors which don't close leaving a gap. Not amazing for privacy. We ate in the restaurant one night when we were too tired to wander away. Service was excellent and attentive but the food was a little, "meh" but honestly, perfectly fine for the value.

The whole property was clean and well kept, without feeling oppressive. The staff was helpful and welcoming, from helping me carry packages to lending us some plates for our take out. The location could not be better, right on the river, with footpaths leading to bridges on either side of downtown Corning. Everything is within a ten minute walk of the hotel. We’ll be back.

Our overnight stay was planned so we could enjoy a 2 day visit to the Corning glassworks..We loved being able to walk to the museum each day!The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet..We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel dining room! When we come back to Corning again, we will definitely stay here again!
