The staff is very friendly, they treated us very well from the moment we arrived. They treated our baby very well. We had a little problem with the TV remote control and they kindly sent a guy who came and helped us and he was very kind too. Very good breakfast. Our 2 year old baby enjoyed it very much. It is a pleasure to have spent this stay here, I would repeat it again.

Although they have a good and varied breakfast (and very delicious), my wife could not eat the fried eggs they made for 2 days since they make pepper and she suffers from a stomach ulcer and cannot eat pepper. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The breakfast was fantastic. The lady at the front desk seemed to brag a bit about how they served a hot breakfast, but it did not really register with me until the next morning. I enjoyed the eggs and sausage the most and was impressed that a waffle maker was available.

Really nothing. The room was clean and quiet, the WIFI was free, the front desk personnel were professional, the shower was great, and the bed was very comfortable. If you forced me to complain about anything, it would be that there were no tissues in the room when I got there (although I was given a box immediately when I requested it at the front desk). I stayed at a Microsuites and a Super 8 the following two days (in other NY towns) for compatible rates and the Quality Inn was clearly my favorite.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it far exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, making the experience even more enjoyable. One standout moment was during the night when a staff member (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name) greeted us with an extremely positive and cheerful attitude. Her warmth truly left a lasting impression. Another staff member, Afreen, was equally kind and helpful during our checkout in the morning. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor added a lovely touch to the end of our stay. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise—it was far better than we anticipated, especially considering the low ratings it had received in reviews. It was fresh, varied, and very satisfying. Overall, this hotel fulfilled our expectations and deserves a much higher rating than it currently has. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service. We would definitely stay here again!

The fresh apple was good. The bacon was crisp. Dining facility was clean and seemed to be well staffed for keeping things filled. Otherwise, it is still nice to have even a modest breakfast at a hotel before starting out in the morning.

I think the eggs were instant which were spongy in a funny way. Try fresh. Sausage would have been a nice choice. Only white bread and bagels needed a whole wheat choice. The coffee was pretty low average, maybe make stronger or try another brand. I appreciate the hotel was not very busy so not much diversity in food could be offered.

Very nice room. We had an "accessible " room on the 1st floor. The room had all the supplies advertised and needed, including plenty of towels. Was close to the lobby and was able to park within sight of our window per the helpful suggestion of the desk clerk. Guest relations was great. All employees were gracious. Food was good and plentiful at the free breakfast. Breakfast room was immaculate. Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Additionally, the location of the building is easy on and off the highway and close to several great attractions such as the phenomenal Corning Glass Museum, Watkins Glen, and major shopping areas. I'd give the hotel a 9 out of 10. The associated restaurant was good. I'd give the experience a 7 out of 10.

The halls, elevators, and stairways were a bit of a warren to navigate but I got them figured out by the 2nd day. The carpet throughout is very dark and probably needs replaced or at least shampooed but it's not a deal breaker. It was difficult to figure out/control the a/c in the room. It remained a bit warmer than I prefer. These were all minor things in the whole picture. It was an excellent value and good stay.

The bed and pillows were literally the most comfortable hotel bed/pillows ive slept on in the past 6mths. (And more comfortable than my own) Ive stayed at 6 different hotels during that time. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. I absolutely loved that it still had actual vending machines on site. Two soda ones and a snack one. I miss that at other hotels.

The breakfast was disappointing honestly. I got there at 9am and the eggs and bacon looked like they had been there awhile. They were both cold. At 9:45am new bacon was brought out but no new eggs. There were no bagels/muffins or pastries or oatmeal like other Choice hotels i've been to. As for a sunday breakfast i expected there to be more options and fresh hot food. The only hot half decent food i got was when i made myself a waffle.

Different room (246) with two double beds. Weekend stay vs weekday stay was better experience. Room much larger than our earlier stay with a king-size bed. Beds were both furnished with comforter, unlike the king-size bed room from earlier stay. Air conditioning unit was quiet. A LOT of KIDS when showed up! But they quieted down well in time for when we were ready to sleep. Breakfast was much improved since we didn't have to compete with the week day construction crews. We were one of the first breakfasters and everything was much improved (except the hard boiled eggs).

The hard boiled eggs smelled like butt... Threw away the one I got. (Supposably this comes from leaving them in the shell too long after boiling.)

Breakfast was normal hotel fair. Good coffee but it was located away from the actual breakfast area. The regular coffee was empty when I checked out and no one was around to ask to have it refilled.

The coffee could have been better cared for. I checked out by just leaving my room keys because no one was around. That's not necessarily unusual because the way things are now people just don't see to want to work and are not as dedicated as they used to be.

I booked this hotel as it was on the halfway mark of our road trip to Niagara Falls (Ontario). I was very pleased that it was right by i86. For me, the room was totally silent, I couldn’t tell we were next to the road at all. It was clean, and just what we needed for one night. The neighboring town literally has everything, lots of stores, pharmacies and places to eat. I was really happy we made the choice to stop here.

The breakfast wasn’t the best, we ended up buying elsewhere. The room wasn’t cheap by any means either.

The lady at the reception is friendly and prompt. Amd that makes the check in so much easier. Room is spacious and clean. Although breakfast spread is simple but the bacon is delicious and there is also the waffle machine. However, there is no tea bags. Dun worry, u got the coffee machine. We are located 5 mins drive to walmart, best buy etc. If u need dinner place, there is mexican food just at the accomodation. The food is yummy.
