Excellent - easy to park, great location right near the Glass Museum but also a lovely stroll across the river to Corning Main Street

No biggie, but the gentleman at check in didn’t tell us the glass museum ticket goes for 2 days. When we asked if we should head over that afternoon, he suggested waiting till the next day. Then the next day, they said it’s a two day ticket and you need to leave any glass creation you make overnight and pick it up the next day… so we couldn’t do the glass blowing activity we wanted to… as we were leaving that day :)

We had a full size refrigerator/freezer, a big microwave, a two-burner stovetop, dishwasher, and all the kitchenware we needed. Everything was very clean and super quiet. We didn’t hear anything coming from other rooms: No tv, no overhead steps, no voices, flushing toilets, shower, etc. Nothing at all. Even the A/C was quiet. The room was spacious with a queen bed, couch and two ottomans. The TV swiveled to face wherever we were sitting. We could walk through the parking lots to the Corning Glass Museum.

We picked this hotel specifically for the breakfast which my husband said was very disappointing. A smart TV in the room would have been nice. Also, there wasn’t a table to eat at in the room. We had to eat on the couch which was clumsy.

I loved having a suite with two bedrooms that were not side by side. Loved the jacuzzi and indoor pool. I loved that staff were helpful to my mom in her walker when she tried to do the breakfast buffet on her own.

It would be great to have handicap accessible suites so that when families like ours stay, it's easier to shower.. The shower chair was very helpful but still not as easy as a walk in shower would have been.

Breakfast was wonderful, beyond our expectations. The staff were extremely helpful, caring, and welcoming. Everything was clean and easy to find. Having the dishes in the room definitely helped. There are all sorts of helpful amenities for those who stay longer and need to cook meals. The location was ideal for visiting the Corning Museum of Glass, which we did and enjoyed very much.

The breakfast was good. The rooms are clean and spacious . I like that it was pet friendly. The pool & spa were really nice. The staff was friendly . I liked how they hosted social events , had bbq facilities, and a campfire for guests to enjoy

The only complaint that I have is that parents would leave their kids alone in the pool area and they were probably less than 12 years old. The kids would be screaming , excessively splashing , pushing guests, and jumping into the shallow water (even the hot tub). This is not the hotels fault at all , but it really kind of ruined our experience in the pool . I think there should be more supervision or staff monitoring who goes in and if parents just leave their kids unsupervised

The overall stay was amazing, I Brought my 11 year old daughter and a few of her friends for a hotel stay for her birthday. They enjoyed swimming and even more the night staff Delaney (Laney), she was so sweet and let the girls help decorate for Christmas.

We were in a room on first floor right next to parking lot and there were very loud guests outside between 12am and 1 am that were very loud.

Great location for major attractions like Corning Glass Museum and short drive to Finger Lakes. Super clean, comfy beds, quiet, cute courtyard and even a welcome reception!!

Loved everything!! It would have been nice if the hotel had brochures on Seneca Lake, Finger Lakes, and the many hiking trails in that area. The Corning Visitor Center did have some brochures but I think the hotel should have it as well

Excellent location, outstanding breakfast, great staff, quiet evening. Very environmentally conscious. King suite was huge and nice. There was a microwave, corkscrew, wine classes, refrigerator, dishwasher, plates, glasses, and also a DVD player with DVDs that we could borrow! We asked about wineries and restaurants and were given a helpful maps and information.

More expensive than I wanted, window was open all night (had we opened the drapes we would have realized this) which made the room very chilly.

Finally a room that was truly handicap accessible. Plenty of space to maneuver around. Bathroom had plenty of grab bars in the shower and near the toilet. Room was even on the first floor which you don't see often. Why are handicap accessible rooms always on the second floor and up? How does a wheel chair bound individual get to safety in case of a fire when the elevators don't operate? Social hours of 5:30 to 7:00 was a bonus. What hotel does that? The food and wine and beverages were excellent. Staff was so helpful!

I loved the kitchenette! Bonus wins for the full bottles of shampoo/soaps, lotions/etc., & full laundry capabilities. These are all very convenient, especially for longer staying guests. The location is terrific, within walking distance of Market St.

The fitness center is extremely limited. One treadmill & one bike; adding a decent set of free weights would be a nice addition.
