Super quiet area right next to , Applebees , Walmart , subway, Arby’s and Taco Bell .

There was an issue with a few spiders and the bed had a a weird reddish stain kinda like blood and the foot of the mattress on the protector. Also the pillows definitely need replaced . The were way beyond there viability.

It felt new and well kept. It was in a spacious location therefore it didn’t feel crowded or cramped!

There were only two floors, but there wasn’t an elevator. I should have specified or even requested a room on the ground floor. It was difficult to maneuver the stairs to the second floor. Just assumed there would be an elevator. We did stay on the 2nd floor and made it work.

Like the staff and the location. Sarah (think that was her name...) was especially personable and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Coffee availability was also nice.

Not crazy about having to climb stairs with baggage as they have no elevator here. And as mentioned in a previous review (my second time here, which speaks to the comfort and price), the included breakfast is of no use to someone like me with celiac disease. There were hard-boiled eggs, but I'm not much for them so I skipped it.

Handicap room roll in shower, very thankful for that... Always clean... Paul is very accommodating... Great location right by all major highways you might need & food, grocery, & gas right next to the hotel...

The fact that the handicap rooms are at the end of the long hallway which had a access door by the handicap parking but u can't access w your card which makes you walk around the whole building, would be great for us disabled to park & then access our room from that door closest to the room...

Hot water for my tea did NOT taste like coffee. - top notch! . Other motels heat the tea water in same pots coffee is made in and the hot water absorbs the coffee taste from previous times thus making tea taste horrible. This location makes the effort to provide hot water for tea free from coffee flavor!

The bathroom sink did not drain normally, drain probably plugged

I liked the vinyl flooring, makes you feel like your walking on a clean floor and not unknow stuff in old carpet. The location was very clean and didn't smell. We didn't have breakfast there but the room was full and the offerings looked good. We met family members at a near by dinner for breakfast.

The plexiglas at the front desk made it very hard to hear the people behind the glass, I'm sure it's still there from the COVID time frame.

Waffle maker was a great touch, location and rooms were exactly what we needed

Staff were hardly at the reception, with a sign saying to call a number if you need them. We didn't need them but I don't think it looks great if the reception is almost permanently unmanned. Minor gripe though, it's a great place in a good location

Breakfast was fine- simple, heavy on the carbs but they did have yogurt and hard boiled eggs. The staff was great, the gal came and helped me figure out the TV controller. I think her middle name was Lisa - she said when I introduced her to my daughter, Lisa.

A freezer in the refrigerator- my ice packs couldn’t get frozen for my cooler when we left the next day. But I was glad for the refrigerator.

Great and extreme friendly staff, good breakfast, big fridge, pop corn, ice water in the lobby is great for us to fill out water bottle

Too crowded during breakfast, location is a little remote, noice during the night other people made, alarm went out during shower

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We didn't need anything fancy, just a place to relax and sleep. Everything was clean. All in all a pleasant stay. The friendliness makes the difference!

Continental breakfast was very basic. The coffee machine ran out of decaf early in the AM and was not refilled. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Ran out of tissues and there wasn't a new box in the room.
