I requested a late arrival because I had an early flight the next morning. I was visiting family and didn’t want to disturb them in the middle of the night. You are always told to be at the airport a full 2 hours before your flight leaves. When I said that I would only be in the room for a few hours as I needed to be at the airport by 4am, the gal who checked me in said, “I don’t think the airport even opens that early!” I finished giving her my ID and card for incidentals and proceeded to my room. A few minutes later, my hotel telephone rang, the gal had looked up the time of the airport opening for me. What a blessing to have someone go the extra mile to help me! This was so kind and helpful, it allowed me an extra hour of sleep in the comfy bed in my room.

No complaints, it was a quick but good stay.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good a lot to choose from. The front staff was very friendly checking in and out. Would definitely stay here again or recommend it to a friend.

I like a firmer pillow, so to my liking, they were a little soft.

The location was great, convenient to Seneca Lake. The room was clean and comfortable. I also liked that it was dog friendly. There was a nice patio in the back where we ate dinner. The staff was very welcoming.

We stayed here for a wedding. Staff was wonderful, room was very clean, bed was comfortable, good water pressure, lots of outlets for our needs, free wifi, breakfast had lots of options. No complaints!

Not much to complain about. One day at breakfast, scrambled eggs were a little runny. Otherwise I got nothin. Even snacks at little kiosk were cheap!

Always clean and comfortable

When I went down to get coffee early in the morning my room key didn't work upon my return. The front desk person didn't believe me and asked for my ID which was in my room. Needing to explain myself multiple times, another staff member came over and handled her and the situation with grace, fixed my room key, and sent me on my way.

Good sized room & a nice hot tub!

Breakfast was awful! Downtown Horseheads is devoid of open businesses and very few restaurants

Breakfast included with the room. Coffee and tea always available.

Shower handles kept sliding out. Shower door very difficult to slide open and closed. Room key kept going red on the door.

The location was great. The property was immaculate. The staff was amazing.

I couldn’t enter side doors with my room key at all times. Also, when we entered our room we found a dirty towel on the bathroom door hook.

Everything was very convenient and accessible.

Room A/C was noisy, curtains wouldn't close completely allowing bright early morning light. Wifi is unsecured!

I've never stayed at a hotel where the stay was more accommodating! Hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure all of my rooms and changes to rooms were taken care of! They were even more than accommodating for our large truck and trailer.

There was nothing not to like.
