The breakfast was sufficient. The location was nice, right down the street from downtown. Unfortunately we experienced a power outage, that lasted for over 24 hours, and a tornado warning during our stay. Despite those issues the staff checked on us and came to our aid when we needed assistance of any type.

Perhaps the motel could've had an emergency generator to restore the power sooner, but I'm not sure how the system works in that area? Again, the staff did a great job of making sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

Mike at the front desk was excellent! There was a few things such as the lamp shades, maybe spray for spiders out doors and maybe a different shower current. The chairs in the front of the motel was very thoughtful and we could tell Mike took great pride in his business! New updates in the bathroom, new parking asphalt are so wonderfully nice. Mike was super nice and had great advice for food and attractions. Mike was so caring of our needs and concerns. The motel is cute and clean. We wish him well!

Lighting was dim and the lamp shades could be updated. Spiders were outside the motel.

The property was clean and quiet, and only a few minutes past Watkins Glen. We were there on a Fall Holiday weekend and it was very busy with visitors. It was walking distance to the falls in town and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the property. Staff were accommodating as well and allowed us to check in 3 yours earlier than planned.

The room was clean. The beds were fairly comfortable. Good power came out of the shower head. TV and air conditioner worked fine. A coffee maker was provided in the room. A small breakfast was provided free of charge which was adequate for me.

The motel fulfilled all our expectations.

The room was fine. It had a little musty smell at first but it was clean. The hosts were nice and helpful. There was always coffee available. Overall good stay.

The falls are not behind the motel they are down the street although nice to see. I thought there might be more than fruit and muffins for breakfast.

If you’re looking for the ‘Chez Ritz’ you’re looking in the wrong place for the wrong thing. But if you want a nice, QUIET, excellently located place to stay, you’re on the right track. Booking was easy and convenient; the price was very reasonable. Our trip to the motel had a couple of delays, but texts to Mike were promptly answered and all worked out perfectly. The room could use a bit of TLC, where some sheetrock taping was peeling and paint had minor damage but it was warm, cozy, QUIET as a library, and great for our use - a couple of nights sleep. Mike was very accommodating of our every request, and very helpful with suggestions and directions. Oh, and contrary to most h-motels nowadays, we didn’t anticipate the room to be completely made up after our first-of-two nights. We left things askew as we headed Off for our first day’s adventures and came back to fully made beds and a spit-and-polished bathroom! Wow!!

There wasn’t anything we “didn’t like”, but it was apparent that the handyman hadn’t been through fora while. Superficial things - like some peeling sheetrock tape and scarred paint blemished a perfectly good room.

The motel is better than what I expected. The rooms have microwaves and refrigerators that’s good for me to buy some frozen food. Air conditioners is cold enough. TV is working good.

The breakfast is not I expected

Breakfast was offered but we don't eat in the morning. The location was great. There was even a couple beautiful waterfalls nearby.

The only complaint was some noise. The walls were thin and we had trouble falling asleep because of people talking in the room next door.

I liked that it’s located in a very peaceful area. If you take a walk at night is even better. The host was very nice, and the space was clean and comfortable.

There was some weird noise coming from the outside very early in the morning. It sounded like a machine, but it kept me awake for a long time. Also, for the value, I consider that the breakfast could be much better.

The Innkeeper was very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. The room was an adequate size with working air conditioning. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous. Waterfalls almost everywhere you look. Cable TV was cable tv, with all stations available

The sink for the lavatory was outside of the lavatory. Had I known prior to booking that room, it would not have been a deal breaker
