The room was spacious and the bathroom was a comfortable size. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room had a desk which we used daily and the bureau had plenty of drawers to put our clothes in. We used the desk chair and extra chair often so we appreciated having 2 places to sit. There was a small fridge that we used which is important. We got coffee at breakfast time where they provided breakfast food. The location was great for visiting many attractions and close to stores and restaurants. We would stay there again but bring our own breakfast food.

My only complaint about the room is the bed was very high and I had to kind of roll onto it. We managed but, someone that has mobility issues would have a problem. The breakfast provided sometimes had fruit but, not every morning. There were eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, packet oatmeal, and waffles. We prefer to have a vegan option for breakfast like an oatmeal that's at least whole oats or steel cut and nuts and fruit to go on the oatmeal. We ended up buying a whole grain cereal, nuts and fruit for our breakfast in the morning. We did get coffee at the dining room in the AM.

My friend and I were traveling from Toronto, Canada to Philadelphia for a wedding, Ithaca seemed like a good spot to stop for the night, as we're both avid outdoors lovers and wanted to check out some of the hiking trails/waterfalls. The room was spacious & clean. The front desk staff member made us feel welcome and answered all the questions we asked. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the towelettes provided had a lovely scent, not to overpowering. We only stayed one night with Breakfast included. The breakfast was a great addition for us as we were on a budget for the trip. It offered coffee and juice, hot and cold options.

My only feedback is when we entered the room it was extremely hot, very uncomfortable. We dropped our bags, turned on the AC, and then went out for dinner. When we came back the room was a comfortable temp. Sometime throughout the night, it switched off and we were hot again. (Both of us are cold sleepers) So we just had to switch it to the coldest it would go. It is no fault of the motel, Just wanted to let others who read this know that the AC is temperamental.

Breakfast item selection could be improved by adding a couple of cereal selections and vary the breakfast meats over the week. Coffee was good and hot. Bagels were fresh and very good. Sofa bed in the room does not offer much support for sitting or laying. It should be replaced. The shower was great with hot water and good water pressure. The suite room was very large and spacious. The air conditioning unit was quiet and worked well.

Leaving the hotel and entering the highway traffic was a bit of a problem due to heavy traffic in the early morning and in the evening. Especially a problem when turning left to head into Ithaca.

Check in was quick, and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. Very comfortable beds. The room was equipped with a large fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Vending and ice machines outside. Breakfast was fantastic. A variety of eggs, sausages, bagels, yogurt, fruit, waffles, etc. Lots of stores near by such as Walmart, other grlcery stores and restaurants. Over all I would recommend this stay for anyone who is staying in the Ithica area!

Bathrooms were a bit simple and dated. They were very clean and spacious, though.

The bed was comfortable! Room was clean, smelled good. Heat worked perfectly on our cold stay. Bathroom was spotless and I loved the hot water. I never understood people who complain about water pressure but I was able to shower in a clean bathtub so I was happy about it. Breakfast was great, one of the employees saw that there wasn't anything left and he went and made my mom, sis and I fresh breakfast which was so nice of him. Front desk girl at night when we arrived was very accommodating as well. Would definitely stay here again if I had to come up to Ithaca.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Decent location, even though a little further out of town than some hotels, but well placed for Buttermilk Falls. The room was clean and functional. The room was serviced every day, which makes a pleasant change since most hotels seem to have used covid as an excuse for not providing daily room servicing, which is just disguised cost cutting. And the huge king bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was a big let down. Mainly carbs. Poor choice of cereals. Sausage links were ok. Eggs were "strange." The biggest irritation was flimsy plastic cutlery, so bendy that it couldn't even cut a waffle!

Simple Maintained property. Clean rooms w adequate amenities. Bathrooms clean. Beds clean and soft. AC efficient. Quiet location. Out of “town”, but easy drive. Fast check in. Convenient simple breakfast. Helpful staff. Right near Buttermilk Falls- Easy 20” drive to Ithaca Cascadilla gorge trail, and Cornell Botanics gardens.

Their coffee at breakfast not great. But I’m a coffee snob. ;) Overall- Really, No complaints

- Location: just 5 minutes drive from a lot of shops, restaurants and Buttermilk Falls. - Room: pet-friendly ($25 USD/night), free parking and room is accessed from outside which is very convenient! The bed is very comfortable and everything was clean. Surprisingly quiet :-)! - Breakfast: probably the best continental breakfast I've been. I wasn't expecting so many selection: banana, clementine, coffee, cereal, milk, yogurt, bagel, toast, muffin, jam, cream cheese, butter, waffle maker, egg patties and sausages. - Staff is super friendly! Thank you very much

I loved our stay, nothing negative to say!

Room was as expected, with all the usual amenities. Breakfast was okay - all the usual stuff (pancakes, juices, breads, spreads, coffee/tea), and hot food that consists of sunny side ups (that look like they were made from liquid eggs) and sausages. I've had better-tasting eggs at other motels though.

Nothing much. If I were to nitpick: Room layout was a bit weird - the sink is outside the toilet, and between the sink and the toilet is the air-conditioner and only window.

The breakfast was as expected I was not disappointed. The facilities are very clean and the property manager and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Kindness was evident and they all tried to meet your needs in as best as they could promptly. My stay was extremely comfortable and the privacy I needed was met.
