I was not staying at the Trip, it was a change and we stayed at the Cayuga Blu Hotel, which all my comments are related to this last one. The staff is fantastic, and all what they do to attend and give service.

Doors to parking lot never locked, some lights, fixtures weren’t working, outdoor pool looked terrible and had a duck living in it

very tired interiors. string smell of cigarettes in the hallways. beds were wobbly and not very supportive. pillows on the bed were not comfortable.

I didn't like. It was totally closed when l got there. No one notified me. It was closed due to a covid out break. I still had to pay which was ridicules. I also had to find another place to stay. They approved my late arrival + l thought everything was fine till l got there. I want my money returned to my account. A very unsatisfied customer. I contacted u threw ur app + nothing has bin done. What's going on.

I booked the hotel but it was closed for renovation. They offered an alternate hotel but I didn’t want to stay at an alternate hotel. I asked for a refund but they ignored my request.

property, lack of security, age and care of property, quality of bedding, quality of products in bathrooms, cleanliness, mold in entire property, overall horrible experience would not let my dog stay there alone.
