Hot breakfast items were just fine--wide variety without having a chef on duty. Personnel charged with clean up and restocking items were prompt, complete. Nice. Polite. Efficient. Room was large enough for one traveler. TV worked. Bathroom was clean and stocked with enough towels. Given choice of room service on second day.

The staff was very helpful when I had a problem with my key card. The room and bathroom were very clean; the bed was great; and breakfast was great.

We had a connecting room and the person/people were having loud conversations. We should have asked for a new room, but we were only staying 2 nights, so it didn't seem it was worth it. We will make sure we don't get connecting rooms the next time we visit.

Pet Friendly accommodations and location so close to campus.

Extremely high room rate...apparently elevated due to a NASCAR race nearby. Crazy expensive, especially for the average quality of the room. Also, breakfast area is to small to accommodate the number of guests.

The room was clean and exactly as described. Breakfast was good. There was a large variety of items to choose from - cereals, breads, muffins, waffles, eggs and sausage. Beverages included several juices as well as tea and coffee. The staff was Excellent! Everyone I met was friendly and helpful! They all went out of their way to make the guests feel welcome!

Matt at the front desk was absolutely amazing, always willing to help out with anything from food recommendations, to places to visit and explore, to going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, would absolutely stay here again!

Well located, good value for money, rooms renewed, good breakfast.

No room clean/towel change during the stay, no option to fill bottle with cold water besides breakfast hours. All these are minor points given the positive experience we had there.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast better than most hotels in this price point. Room was clean!

No elevator although the staff was super helpful offering to carry bags upstairs.
