Great stay. The staff who checked us in named Quinton was so nice, informative and just great. Our 2 Queen suite was large, with a great sitting area. The bathroom was also nice size. Loved the area where you can place your luggage. There was a mini fridge and coffee machine. Loved the comfortable beds and especially the comforter. My favorite part of our stay was the coffee machine in the lobby where you can choose your have a cappuccino to a latte. And the cookies in the afternoon was a nice touch the location was perfect.

Breakfast was in a wonderful room and had a good selection of hot and cold items. Security on the doors was good. Free parking was excellent. AC in the room was wonderful on hot days.

A couple of devices in the small gym were partially or completely nonfunctional but enough worked to make it useable.

Super nice and helpful staff. They spent time giving us info about the area and went over and above to be helpful. The breakfast was typical for this type of hotel and well stocked and replenished during breakfast time. It was an easy location right near the state parks. We ended up staying an extra night. Would definitely stay again.

Clean hotel an room. Easy parking. Room as expected. Breakfast as expected from Holiday Inn. In general I'm preferring to stay in Holiday Inns hotels than other main chains.

Lobby and breakfast area are very cold. This makes no sense. Why are you putting the airco so low, that we are obliged to wear a sweater to have breakfast? Put your jacket on getting out of your room till you passed the exit. Native American staff was speaking a sort of English and was not treating guests professionally. Maybe Americans like this informal way of communication, but I'm used to at least a minimum of greeting standards and articulated sentences.

The hotel was well maintained. One ice dispenser on floor 3 did not function but was repaired in about 3 days. The pool was small but good for relaxing and children. The exercise room had a good selection of devices but both bicycles had mechanical problems that made them suboptimal. The breakfast was very good, well stocked, and the coffee was surprisingly good. The room was large and had a microwave and refrigerator, both of which functioned well. The hotel is close to a park and walking/biking path. The bed was firm and comfortable. The staff was good about replacing towels and products daily.

The exercise equipment needs repair, including removal or relocation of a switch on the post of the upright bike so that it does not hit your knees while pedaling. I would advise trying to get a room that is not facing the highway since one morning there was a lot of noisy early morning truck traffic that made sleeping impossible. Products do not include a lotion so bring your own. The prices go way up during reunion, which is expected but a bit of a shock.

It was clean and modern. The room was quite large. It was surprisingly quiet, given its location on a heavily trafficked street. The one staff person I encountered was very pleasant and helpful. The free breakfast included hot foods and was filling if not worthy of a Michelin star.

My room smelled a little musty like it had mold. I was on the 4th floor, and you can't open the window to get natural ventilation. I don't think the room breathes enough and is developing mold.

Excellent breakfast with 2 different omelets, bacon and potatoes as well as the usual fare. Good selection of dairy and non-dairy items, pastries, cereal, etc. I love the variety of pillow firmness. Very comfy beds, Slept well!

Good location for exploring the Falls and Lake areas, with free parking, complimentary breakfast with very good hot and cold options, friendly front of house and restaurant staff. Good facilities - laundry room, fitness room and indoor pool. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, complementary tea /coffee, refrigerator and microwave in room.

Noisy air conditioning, which was not emitting the cool air effectively throughout the room.

The room was clean and large with nice furniture.

I asked for a quiet room, but we received the room facing the street. There was a lot of traffic and heavy tracks the whole night. It was impossible to sleep. The hotel is located directly on a very busy street.
