Top notch place, comfort and value. Breakfast was delicious and homemade. All the essentials for a hearty, great start to the day breakfast. Location was fantastic for us since we wanted to explore all the things the two largest Finger lakes have to offer. Best of all that stands above everything else is their personal touch and hospitality. One particular moment sums it all up. My wife had accidentally left some personal items behind. We were already so far away that couldn't go back, but Drew at the Inn was able to track the items down and personally went down to the post office to ship them to us! That's a personal touch I really didn't expect but I should have actually, since the moment we stepped foot at the Inn it really was a white glove experience from the start and of course even after we left! Lori was an amazing host as well and we felt immediately at home with her, in fact it was her childhood home, so no wonder she and Drew treat everyone as true guests to their home. Thank you Lori and Drew!

Everything was perfect upon arrival. Shelly made sure we were comfortable and was extremely helpful and attentive. The property was very quiet, great for a good night's sleep after hiking. We were in the Dempsey suite and enjoyed the porch with a view of rabbits and deer in the morning and evenings. Breakfast was delicious. Depending on the day there was a combination of fresh fruit, muffins, waffles and cinnamon bun French toast, as well as eggs cooked to order daily. The location worked great for exploring all the lakes and state parks in the area. Ithaca was 20 minutes away for any type of restaurant or store one would need.

The only suggestions to make a great stay even better, would be to have a variety of pillow options and to have a non-pork/beef breakfast meat like turkey/chicken or veggie sausage on hand for guests who don't eat pork/beef. These are things that have been available at other places we've stayed.

We stayed two nights at this beautiful estate inn, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Shelley, the concierge, who is truly the heart and soul of this one-of-a-kind place. She personally introduced herself, gave us a tour of the property, and made sure we felt right at home. Each morning, we were greeted with a delightful spread for breakfast—fresh fruit, muffins, warm cinnamon bread, and a variety of egg options, all beautifully prepared and delicious. The inn itself is decorated majestically, with elegant paintings, unique artwork, and antique furniture that gives it a charming Victorian feel. Our room was no exception—beautifully appointed with vintage touches, comfortable beds, and kept impeccably clean. Between the exceptional service, the enchanting atmosphere, and the overall comfort, I truly wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting the area again.

We had a truly lovely stay at the Benn Conger Inn. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The lady who greeted us was incredibly kind and made our experience even more special by preparing a fresh breakfast for us every morning - something you do not always find, and it really made a difference. The hotel is located in a quiet, small village, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. Sometimes it's not about the rooms or the building - it's the genuine hospitality that makes a place memorable, and this stay was a perfect example of that.

The breakfast was wonderful! Many choices. Beautifully laid out. The decor throughout was attractive. The glassed in dining area was lovely. The shower provided plenty of hot water. Shelly was warmly welcoming, efficient and attentive.

We were disappointed that there was only one reading lamp on one side of the bed. The overhead is insufficient for reading. We would have liked a folding luggage holder for a suitcase. I placed mine on top of the refrigerator. The black out shades were great, but I wasn’t tall enough to pull them down.

Everything!! Shelly and Drew were wonderful host. The inn is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing! Shelly really made us feel at home. Every morning she had the breakfast sun room filled with delicious coffee, juices, teas and hot chocolate. She had wonderful bread, muffins, fresh fruit and more. Then she prepared a cooked meal of our choice. We had pancakes, French toast and omelettes. Our room was perfect. Drew upgraded us to a larger room. It was lovely overlooking the back lawn. It had a beautiful gas fireplace and Shelly had coffee and tea available as well.

Everything. Exceeded our expectations. We were greeted and cared for by Shelley who was baking muffins for breakfast on our arrival. We stayed in Dempsey House next door and decided to return again for another stay on our way back to the airport.. Clean, comfy, delightful decor in rooms. QUIET air conditioner and gas fireplace in each of our rooms. Shower and jet tub available in the room. Delicious breakfast offered cold choices and freshly cooked omelettes by Drew the GM. Gorgeous grounds and outdoor fire pit. This would be a great place for a family reunion! Thanks for the great stay!.

This was a “true” bnb with a felling of home. The house is in a very quite area, big with enough space for everyone and a large outdoor area. The check-in process was smooth. The staff ( Shelly and her husband) will make you feel home in every possible way. The manager Drew is very responsive. The place is very clean and breakfast is of 5 star quality. The place is little bit drive from the lakes. However, it gave us chance to explore the area while driving around. Overall, we felt like home and will definitely stay here again.

You have to drive abit to get to attractions and happening places.

The inn was set back off the road with a lovely well tended lawn and it looked so majestic and inviting. Our room, the Terrance Graves was in the Dempsey House next door. We were on the second floor, although a wee bit small, met all our needs and the balcony was a bonus. Our antique brass bed that had a step stool and was oh so comfortable. Breakfast was prepared by Shelley and all the pastries and scones were baked by her. We had a veggie omelettes which were the best we had ever eaten. You have a choice of three dining areas with a view of nature from the main house. Shelley, who also serves as the Innkeeper made our stay comfortable and delightful! Thank you🌷

We enjoyed our mother, daughter, and granddaughter's weekend so much! Our stay at the Ben Conger Inn, was the icing on the cake for a relaxing weekend of shopping. The GM, Drew, emailed prior to, and reached out by phone out on our check in date to see if we had any request or what they could do to make our stay better. That was above and beyond anything I expected. Mrs. Shelley, the Inn keeper was such a pleasant host. She made sure we had all the information we needed for a perfect stay. The morning breakfast was spot on. You start with a lovely presentation of Continental breakfast only to be served a made to order.hot breakfast. Again, above and beyond. I highly recommend this lovely Inn!
