Check in was easy, parking easy and plentiful, staff was friendly, room was extremely clean but inexpensive. Beds were comfy. A very pleasant surprise. Excellent value. Quick drive to SUNY Cortland.

Parking lot was extremely noisy at time and is located on a noisy street so earplugs are recommended. People were outside smoking and you have to access your room from outside so you will encounter smoke if they're out there.

We were attending a 40 year high school reunion and wanted something within walking distance to the Cortland Brewing Company. This was a 3 minute walk!! Hotel room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. No frills, but clean and comfortable!! I would recommend!!

The outside can use a little updating. Underneath the stairs going up to the second floor needs some storage containers to put their miscellaneous stuff in. Looked kind of trashy looking at that. Not terrible, just not eye appealing.

The rooms were immaculate and smelled very clean. everything worked. The bedding and pillows were comfortable and everyone slept well When we checked in, the staff was very friendly and attentive.

When we pulled in, we were really out off by the exterior and the location- it did not look like it would be a nice place. People smoking on the 2nd floor balcony/walkway made it feel pretty trashy. Don’t be put off - the rooms were great.

The property was small, well kept and very clean!

While I understand the owner has taken initiative to keep drugs off of the property, being unable to have the couple I was visiting come visit at the hotel is rather frustrating.

Always my go to motel when I travel to Cortland. A no frills, yet comfortable place. Always clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Love the newly updated rooms. It's a work in progress, but the owners really care about their customers.

For the price (it has increased significantly in the past year, but still reasonable), it's a good deal.

Low cost and close to downtown. It’s not the Taj Mahal, but the beds were comfortable and the hot water was plentiful.

it seems that there are some long term tenants who hung out in the lot. They weren’t threatening, but it made the place interesting.

Great location, clean rooms. Like most small town motels things are going on behind closed doors, but ownership does not allow "hanging out" on patio etc.

Had to ask for ice. I was in Cortland for baseball games so I went through quite a bit.

Room was clean and recently updated. Well worth the money. Bear in mind this is a motel not a hotel so do not expect to get the first class treatment. Was able to walk to cafes and restaurants. Conveniently located to all.

Outside walkway and staircase need to be done

While the outside might not look like much, the room itself was immaculate, and the heating system worked very well. The location was perfect...quick walk to all Main Street has to offer, and the Cortland Diner was basically across the street, so it was perfect for breakfast!
