When we checked in our room had a double bed, which was going to be too small! We went to the desk and spoke with Kevin. At first he said there wasn't anything they could do as it was parents weekend and they were booked. I called booking and was told they would try and help us. They sent an email and soon after Kevin called us and said they were able to get us into a king room. We were so grateful to Booking and Clarion and Kevin for working to help us be comfortable.

The parking lot could use some attention. The hotel could use some updating.

The low rating for this hotel is a little harsh. Overall, I found it to be an acceptable accommodation for someone who needs a place to stay the night and doesn't need all the bells and whistles. The breakfast was in line with what one might expect. It's a short drive from the town center if you're looking for something to do. It's easily accessible from I-81. Sure, the rooms could use an upgrade, but for a simple hotel, it's a decent value and it does its job.

Room was a little musty

The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The area has plenty of places to eat, and there is a grocery store within walking distance (about 1/3 of a mile). Overall it was a very pleasant two weeks.

We were able to park close to our room, The staff was pleasant to talk to and prompt when anything was needed.

The room was smaller than I expected, and I thought the pull out bed was at least a double. And the king bed could be soft instead of like sleeping on a box.

The fire place as walked in was beautiful. The waffles was great.place was clean and quit.

I am glad had room on first floor because only had stairs. But they did ask what floor I wanted so that was good. Because cant do stairs.

This was perfect for the value. It was clean, good location, quiet, temperature in the rooms was decent, and the beds were very comfortable. It could definitely use some updating (like the carpets, outlets, curtains), but I wouldn’t rate it less for that.

The fitness room could use some updating. Breakfast could have had more variety.

The breakfast eggs, sausage and waffles were all very good. So was the coffee. The staff was super nice. The room was a huge suite. The room and bathroom looked very new and nicely updated.

The halls could have been in better condition, and I don't think there was an elevator, or maybe I missed it if there was one.

The hotel was clean and comfortable enough for our long weekend stay for baseball. The staff was friendly.

The hotel was a little further from the baseball complex than we would have liked with roads being closed etc. The hotel entrance/parking lot is a little rough and there are a few simple cosmetic repairs in rooms that could be made. Fix dents in walls, mildew stains/soft spot in shower ceiling.
