The location was excellent for us, as we were visiting relatives a short car ride away. The hotel was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The mall near by was very handy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

My only complaint about the hotel was my usual one about North American hotels - the breakfast included so many very sweet carbohydrates. The first day the breakfast also included plain scrambled eggs and bacon which was great. The second day the eggs came with a sweet cheese like sauce.

The hotel is very convenient for those who travel by car and do not want to stay in Ithaca downtown but close to the Cornell University campus. The facility is very comfortable and well maintained. Free parking outside. Good breakfest.

Room service was not provided on Sundays. It should be provided every day. I would suggest extending the breakfast time to allow those who want to sleep longer to do so.

Good location and facilities. Exceeds the Hilton standard. The pool was out of service when we arrived, which was annoying since that was a reason for picking the place. I would call first to see if it's fixed before reserving with swimming in mind.

The pool was not open and that was a top-three reason for staying there.

The property is still maintaining its Cleanliness and maintenance. The property smells Wonderful throughout the Building. The Beds are super comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was close to the mall and to the friends I wanted to visit.

The hotel seemed under-staffed and we didn’t get our room cleaned on the day we expected. I saw one person doing several different jobs.

The room is clean and spacious. Very nice and attentive staff. We could reach out to the staff by texting and they responded promptly to our needs. Awesome breakfast. We definitely come back next time!

The breakfast was good and had a decent spread. The location was convenient for us as we were commuting to Cornell. The property is well laid out and clean and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious.

Daily cleaning would be preferred

Wonderful place, we got a very nice and comfortable suite, everybody was kind and helpful. standard breakfast. definitely recommend staying.

one of the plates in the kitchen closet was wet. a bit noisy if it bothers you (near highway) location - near airport not midtown. but it was good for us as we continued in the morning to NYC other than that - everything was perfect.

No game room like some other similar Hilton hotels. Gym is very small, something like half a room. Our room wasn't cleaned even once. We stayed there for 3 nights, so I expected it to be cleaned at least once.

For the amenities, breakfast, cleanliness, friendliness, and location, this was a wonderful stay. If I need a place to stay when I come home for a visit, I will stay here.
